Futurefit aren’t a company that has heard of customer service.
The course I paid for was vastly overpriced considering how little they actually do. Once I’d paid for the course I had to chase them up for a login to the online learning.
I still don’t know who my training coordinator is and I’m now at the end of the course because nobody ever called me.
I had to chase them again to get the equipment I needed delivered in time for my first workshop because they had “forgotten” to order it.
Online learning was incomplete and the assessments were in the wrong order so you’re being asked to answer questions on things you haven’t learned yet.
A prerequisite of the first workshop is that you complete the online learning. So you can imagine my surprise when at the first workshop we get told about a 44 page workbook which much be completed as part of the qualification which should have been completed alongside the online learning when you’re working through the relevant information. As a professional teacher myself I find it absolutely mind boggling that this workbook is located In the downloads for the final assessment and we’re not told about it at the start.
I shared my feedback with Futurefit and received a passive-aggressive response which basically said “we’ve not had these complaints from many people so your negative experience must be your fault. Most people like the fact that we don’t do anything and expect our customers to find everything out for themselves”
I am a beauty therapist that does massage and I wanted to upgrade my skills and do sports massage future fit give you 14 days to see if you like the course however how can you tell if you like the course or not when it’s online and you’ve not done any practical work? Makes no sense. I then a few months later attended a workshop for “sports” massage i expected to learn a lot more skills to broaden what I already no but All it was was Swedish massage just a bit more pressure applied which I already no plus, if I wanted to learn massage I would of gone for a massage course. I should of been put on a level 4/5 course which my teacher later mentioned I would not waste your money on this course I have had no support in the problems I have had and got a very unapologetic email I will not be using them again and I hope that no one else wastes there money on over adverted rubbish
Future fit have been the perfect platform to learn my new skill. I have just qualified as a level 2 and 3 PT. The workshops are great. You meet like minded people, learn so much from the enthusiastic tutors and partake in very partial courses. The online support is amazing and I could recommend ghost service enough.

I have recently completed my Advanced Level 3 Exercise Referral (GP) exams and workshop with Future Fit. I have to say that the level of professionalism and passion that has been delivered from online learning, virtual and live workshops to practical workshops has been outstanding.
It's been a couple of years since completing a course or preparing for an exam, which had made me feel quite apprehensive.
However, the Team were able to reassure and guide me all the way from phone tutor support, to emails, to practical workshops. All the staff that I have encountered with have been helpful approachable and efficient at answering any questions I've had.
The online community of students is a huge bonus to be able to share experiences and help each other along.
I'm looking forward to completing my practical assessment and I am confident that I'll have the support at my fingertips or on the phone if required.
My background is over 10 years of clinical experience in the NHS; now moving forwards with Future Fit definitely gives me a positive outlook.

I’ve recently completed by level 2 gym instructor workshop at Bristol and I must say it was brilliant! Well run by a very knowledgeable and friendly member of Future Fit staff. The experience has made me super confident about my final assessment!
I have recently left my mental health nursing career to become a PT. It has been a daunting, yet exciting start, however future fit have been nothing but supportive and informative to help my transition from Nurse to PT be a smooth one.
The course content is just so interesting and full to the brim with everything you will need to know! It is very challenging in parts however with a challenge always comes a break through!
I can’t wait to get my qualification and move forward with my new career!

I have studies Pilates and I’m currently studying nutrition with Future fit.
They cover everything needed to become a professional, I would recommend Future fit to whoever want to specialise in sports or nutrition.
Wish I'd not wasted my time and money on this. Nobody responds to email, there's no support from tutors along the way, and one of my resubmissions seems to have got lost as they have been saying I've not completed the course and not replying to my communications. I was given the hard sell on the phone saying I'd be able to qualify in just a few months, but there's no way at all if they don't mark your work in less than 3 months, despite only given 10 days to send in a resubmission. Plus their website doesn't work properly, again no response to emails on this matter. Finally, I waited some time to get my first assignment marked, then went online and noticed one module I'd completed and got the certificate for said I'd not even started it. They then said I had to redo it because they'd changed it. No communication to let me know this. I've now made a huge financial commitment to this and I can't get out of it, nor start earning any money from it. I'm absolutely gutted I was drawn in to something that promised so much and delivered so little.
The service is just phenomenal, everything is structured the right way to guide you for success. I like how staff members are always there to assist and always going extra mile to make us feel supported on every way.

I have recently started a level 4 PT course and the mix of how the course is delivered is great as I can fit it around my full time work. The digital delivery is a good mix and caters for all types of learners with a mix of videos as well as written information which helps bring what you're learning to life 😊 I'm looking forward to my first workshop.
