Appalling service
Futurefit aren’t a company that has heard of customer service. The course I paid for was vastly overpriced considering how little they actually do. Once I’d paid for the course I had to chase them up for a login to the online learning. I still don’t know who my training coordinator is and I’m now at the end of the course because nobody ever called me. I had to chase them again to get the equipment I needed delivered in time for my first workshop because they had “forgotten” to order it. Online learning was incomplete and the assessments were in the wrong order so you’re being asked to answer questions on things you haven’t learned yet. A prerequisite of the first workshop is that you complete the online learning. So you can imagine my surprise when at the first workshop we get told about a 44 page workbook which much be completed as part of the qualification which should have been completed alongside the online learning when you’re working through the relevant information. As a professional teacher myself I find it absolutely mind boggling that this workbook is located In the downloads for the final assessment and we’re not told about it at the start. I shared my feedback with Futurefit and received a passive-aggressive response which basically said “we’ve not had these complaints from many people so your negative experience must be your fault. Most people like the fact that we don’t do anything and expect our customers to find everything out for themselves”
