Paying online with VISA was a n…

Paying online with VISA was a nightmare. Your website kept telling me I'd lost the internet connection (which I hadn't, my computer was just slow), or that it couldn't work the capcha and I should reload the page. After numerous attempts, I finally got through the laboured process without these interruptions. Addendum: My router light changes colour when the internet connection is lost. It didn't during that session. No other website has ever detected a problem with this "instability". I suggest you allow more time before concluding that the connection is lost.
