I ordered a Phox refill kit online. I'd forgotten which one I'd ordered previously so I checked out the 3 options. The site photo of the granules for the alkaline kit looked right [black and white granules] so I ordered it. When the granules arrived they didn't match the site photo as it had large silver balls instead of white granules. I tried it out in case there had been an upgrade. The water came out black and then I noticed I should have ordered the clean kit. I emailed Phox explaining the situation about their misleading site photo and asked them to send a replacement refill of the clean kit. I got no reply so I wrote again. I eventually got a reply from 'Service' who, for some reason, concentrated on the black water issue and completely ignored the issue of their misleading site photo, so I wrote again. I received a reply that said: If you would like to exchange these for the clean you will need to do so at your own cost. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Absolutely appalling customer service. Do not use this company if yo expect good customer service.
