I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2 years now. They never solved issues I had with my room or the house. The landlords are really mean and rude. They even threatened to throw my things away once even though I did nothing wrong. If I had some issue in the house, the landlord and the agency tried to get away with it by not replying and let me wait for more then a month, but then when I did something they immediately complain and threaten. And my issues of course were never solved. I tried to rent a new house, and of course, since I live in Eindhoven I apply for approx. 10 properties in Friendly Housing. I subscribed to their excellent profile but they don't even give me a viewing because they said "there are too many candidates".

Awful

Awful! We have booked a trip in 2020 but could not come cos of all borders were closed.. Friendly rental just took the deposition and promised me that we can use it late. Now when i wanted to use the voucher i got the answer that it is expired… So we lost the money and it was no trip…

Appart agréable et bien situé

Appart bien situé à quelques minutes de la Sagrada Familia et d’un petit supermarché (Consum).Il y a des petits points d’amélioration comme un manuel pour mettre en route le four et des essuies cuisine.

Awful communication

We are currently in the 5th day of our rental. The apartment is in a good location, like photos, however the toilet has been broken since we arrived and is leaking waste onto the floor. The smell is horrible and I have contacted them for 5 days and nobody will respond. Also light are out, television is broken.. really the maintaining company is faulty. They should respond and repair plumbing as we are on 5th floor and will perhaps damage apartment below? Very disappointing.

excellent apartment

Very well kept and spacious apartments in a renovated old city building. Very clean and equipped with everything you should need for a holiday apartment including a washing machine very close to all Seville old town sites

We arranged an apartment in Seville through Friendly Rentals. The service received both at home and in the apartment block was excellent. Apartment was exactly as described and was ideal for our stay right in the centre of Seville . This is the third time we have used the company and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Top appartement!

Een ruim, schoon en modern appartement. De locatie is perfect, met 10 minuten sta je op La Rambla. Strand is 20/25 minuten wandelen door leuke straatjes. Met enkele minuten bij het treinstation om aan te komen of te vertrekken richting het vliegveld. Metro is nog dichterbij. Het inchecken duurde erg lang, maar dat was bij het inchecken het enige. Ventilatie kan in het appartement wel iets beter, in sommige kamers zitten de ramen in een binnenruimte en hierdoor lastig te ventileren. Verder echt een top appartement voor een bezoek aan Barcelona.

Terrible customer service

I have been trying for several months to get some items that I forgot in one of their properties in Madrid back. I was told I would have to pay for a courier to pick the items up from their offices, which I did. I notified them several times what time and date the courier would arrive and to have my items ready. After multiple phone calls to different people who had no idea what I was talking about, I had to reorganise and pay for another expensice international courier to pick my items up. I again ensured I called and emailed for them to have my items ready but the courier could not pick them up AGAIN. I am now requesting for them to pay to send my items to the UK themselves but all my emails and my calls have been ignored. The property was good while we were there but this kind of customer service is appalling and unacceptable. I would not stay with them again because of this.

Easy reliable booking and check-in

Our rental apartment was accurately described on the website. Information concerning location, available dates, internet, elevators, size of the apartment, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and the contents was all covered. We did not need to have any follow-up questions. Booking was very easy and we received confirmation immediately along with all necessary instructions for access to the apartment. On our day of arrival, we were promptly met by Irati who professionally explained and answered any questions that we may have had. Lots of information on San Sebastian was provided and it was as easy as checking into a hotel room. Highly recommend this agency.

Appartement à Barcelone en très mauvais état non conforme à l'annonce. pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée, du sable au sol... service client pas disponible. Pas d'isolation phonique on entendait les voisins en permanence quand nous étions dans l'appartement

réservation annulée

Nous avons réservé un appartement pour le mois de décembre 2019. 3 semaines après la réservation confirmée par Friendly Rentals et nos vols réservés nous venons de recevoir un email indiquant qu'à notre demande la réservation a été annulée ! L'opératrice raccroche au nez indiquant qu'en fait l'appartement était dejà loué ! Aucune possibilité de nous trouver un autre appartement. Certes notre acompte a été remboursé après un appel de ma part mais nous perdons nos vols. Attention à cette société aux pratiques plus que douteuses. je ne recommande vraiment pas cette société.
