Our rental apartment was accurately described on the website. Information concerning location, available dates, internet, elevators, size of the apartment, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and the contents was all covered. We did not need to have any follow-up questions. Booking was very easy and we received confirmation immediately along with all necessary instructions for access to the apartment. On our day of arrival, we were promptly met by Irati who professionally explained and answered any questions that we may have had.
