I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2…

I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2 years now. They never solved issues I had with my room or the house. The landlords are really mean and rude. They even threatened to throw my things away once even though I did nothing wrong. If I had some issue in the house, the landlord and the agency tried to get away with it by not replying and let me wait for more then a month, but then when I did something they immediately complain and threaten. And my issues of course were never solved. I tried to rent a new house, and of course, since I live in Eindhoven I apply for approx. 10 properties in Friendly Housing. I subscribed to their excellent profile but they don't even give me a viewing because they said "there are too many candidates".

Awful

Awful! We have booked a trip in 2020 but could not come cos of all borders were closed.. Friendly rental just took the deposition and promised me that we can use it late. Now when i wanted to use the voucher i got the answer that it is expired… So we lost the money and it was no trip…

Appart agréable et bien situé

Appart bien situé à quelques minutes de la Sagrada Familia et d’un petit supermarché (Consum).Il y a des petits points d’amélioration comme un manuel pour mettre en route le four et des essuies cuisine.

Vacaciones románticas en París

Este verano quería hacer algo un poco diferente con mis vacaciones. Así que decidí alquilar un apartamento en París con mi novio. Después de estar buscando en diferentes webs, encontré un apartamento muy bonito en la zona de Montmartre, a través de la web de FriendlyRentals. Era precioso! Romántico, acogedor y muy bien equipado, casi mejor que en las fotos. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos y el servicio de atención al cliente fue muy amable.

High quality

I’ve booked holiday apartments with Friendly Rentals twice. One in Lisbon and the last one in Barcelona. I was very happy with both apartments. They have high quality apartments and a professional customer service. The chat feature of the site was quite helpful to clear up a couple of questions that I had before booking. I received a quick and attentive response. I will probably be using them for my next holiday too.

Misquote

The staff are good and very efficient, however, we had to pay the owner directly in cash for the apartment, which I really didn't like. The apartment wasn't up to standard with bad damp. But, what irritated me most was when I wrote a review about the place, (as requested by friendly) they used the one and only positive thing I had to say about the place. Giving my review the appearance of being positive, when it certainly wasn't. I won't use again.

Good apartments

I rented an apartment with them in Rome. All the communications with the company were fluid and the apartment was very comfy, plus it was in the centre of the city. Maybe a bit noisy at night, but overall I was very happy with their service.
