I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2…

I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2 years now. They never solved issues I had with my room or the house. The landlords are really mean and rude. They even threatened to throw my things away once even though I did nothing wrong. If I had some issue in the house, the landlord and the agency tried to get away with it by not replying and let me wait for more then a month, but then when I did something they immediately complain and threaten. And my issues of course were never solved. I tried to rent a new house, and of course, since I live in Eindhoven I apply for approx. 10 properties in Friendly Housing. I subscribed to their excellent profile but they don't even give me a viewing because they said "there are too many candidates".

Awful

Awful! We have booked a trip in 2020 but could not come cos of all borders were closed.. Friendly rental just took the deposition and promised me that we can use it late. Now when i wanted to use the voucher i got the answer that it is expired… So we lost the money and it was no trip…

Appart agréable et bien situé

Appart bien situé à quelques minutes de la Sagrada Familia et d’un petit supermarché (Consum).Il y a des petits points d’amélioration comme un manuel pour mettre en route le four et des essuies cuisine.

Fantástica casa en San Sebastián

Fantástica casa en San Sebastián. Muy bien equipada y decorada, con una estupenda terraza, en una bonita zona residencial muy tranquila. El único fallo es que no tiene garaje, pero hay sitio para aparcar en las inmediaciones.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación privilegiada, a 100 metros de la playa de Ondarreta, con unas vistas maravillosas al Monte Igueldo, es tal como lo muestra en las fotos, incluso mejor. Equipado con todo lo necesario y con la opción de alquilar la plaza de garaje a un precio muy accesible. Ésto, y la atención de Elena a nuestra llegada, informándonos de sitios para visitar y para comer, hizo de nuestras vacaciones una estancia inolvidable

Expiring vouchers for Covid

They offered vouchers for the cancellation of my booking last year due to the pandemic and are saying that it expires now when I still can't travel unless I give them a booking for next year. This is an unreasonable request as no one know what will happen in a year anymore let alone a months time. They should at least offer partial refund instead of taking money and saying you have to pre-book now to use the "voucher". They need to improve how they handle future situations that is not simply offering a timed voucher for such an unknown situation.

Magnifique appartement hôtel avec les…

Magnifique appartement hôtel avec les avantages des services hôteliè et les surfaces d'un appartement de grand standing. Dans le vieux centre de Séville et un tarif très raisonnable. Le seul point négatif est la tarif du parking à 20€ mais le véhicule est en sécurité. Je conseille vivement cette hôtel et nous reviendrons.
