I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2…

I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2 years now. They never solved issues I had with my room or the house. The landlords are really mean and rude. They even threatened to throw my things away once even though I did nothing wrong. If I had some issue in the house, the landlord and the agency tried to get away with it by not replying and let me wait for more then a month, but then when I did something they immediately complain and threaten. And my issues of course were never solved. I tried to rent a new house, and of course, since I live in Eindhoven I apply for approx. 10 properties in Friendly Housing. I subscribed to their excellent profile but they don't even give me a viewing because they said "there are too many candidates".

Awful

Awful! We have booked a trip in 2020 but could not come cos of all borders were closed.. Friendly rental just took the deposition and promised me that we can use it late. Now when i wanted to use the voucher i got the answer that it is expired… So we lost the money and it was no trip…

Appart agréable et bien situé

Appart bien situé à quelques minutes de la Sagrada Familia et d’un petit supermarché (Consum).Il y a des petits points d’amélioration comme un manuel pour mettre en route le four et des essuies cuisine.

Apartamento fabuloso

El apartamento es fabuloso. Tiene una excelente ubicación en pleno centro de Barcelona. A su alrededor tiene muchas tiendas y supermercados. El interior del apartamento es totalmente amplio, limpio y con todo lo necesario para cocinar y comer. Tiene balcones donde podéis pasar un momento agradable. La calefacción funciona de maravilla. El baño también es amplio y moderno. La atención por parte del personal de reservas es totalmente amable y preocupados por nosotros en solucionar cualquier duda. Estamos muy agradecidos y satisfechos con nuestra estancia es este maravilloso apartamento. El edificio donde esta ubicado tiene ascensor. Y las escaleras están bien iluminadas. Lo recomiendo al 100 X 100.

ESTOY DESESPERADA Soy una vecina de la calle san marcos…

Soy una vecina de la calle san marcos 18 en madrid tienen un apartamento en en numero 16 de la misma calle . Llevo dos años y medio sufriendo un aire acondicinado justo en la pared de mi habitacion. Le he rogado de rodillas que lo arreglen y se lo lleven al tejado que es la legalidad LES DA IGUAL PORK ELLOS LO K KIEREN ES FACTURAR . Me va a costar una enfermedad ya k me paso las noches enteras sin dormir por el ruido que hace la maquina del aire. Somos 5 vecinos que ya no sabemos como actuar. OS RUEGO ENCARECIDEMANTE QUE NO UTILICEIS LA PLATAFORMA DE FRIENDLY RENTAL. Solo miran por el dinero de ellos sin importale nada todo lo demas .

Apartamento muy confortable

Apartamento para cuatro personas, amplio,limpio,con las camas muy confortables,la ducha muy grande es una pasada,puedes entrar en ella con espacio,no resbala.Sin duda un acierto para nosotros que hemos repatido estancia y volveremos.

No reserven con friendly rentals

No piensan en el cliente, solo en su propio interés, ante la situación de emergencia sanitaria a causa del Covid19, no hemos podido realizar nuestro viaje, aún así nos cobran 215€ de gastos de cancelación. Este tipo de empresas denigran los alojamientos vacacionales, trato al cliente deplorable.No reserven con ellos.

COVID- 19 GREED

COVID- 19 GREED. This place is awful. We are in the midst of coronavirus and they will not refund our deposit. Our travel to Spain was June 30-July 30 with our last week staying in a friendly rental property. My two stepdaughters have Diabetes Type 1 and my mother and her husband are elderly. There is no way we will be risking their lives to travel to Spain this summer but (not so) friendly rentals will not refund us. I emailed a second time after much news in the world has changed and Spain has announced a two-phase reopening of the economy and the staff member was rude saying "as previously stated.." So basically they are greedy and bad news. My husband is from Spain and we travel annually with a beach home south of Barcelona, however, we always spend at least a week in Barcelona, never again with these people!

Apartamentos estupendos

Apartamentos estupendos. Fantastica calidad. Bien situado. Con garaje privado. Instalaciones como piscina y terraza para disfrutar el maravilloso sol de Sevilla. Apartamentos totalmente equipados y con una limpieza impoluta. Recomiendo sin dudar.
