Fast late night response

For small business owners, especially new ones like me, work never stops. Trying to setup a new website and email late at night, I ran into some difficulties. Logged a case and got a swift response from Dmitriy helping resolve the issue quickly. It was well AFTER MIDNIGHT! Not only the quality response, but the amazing instant late night response meant I could complete what I needed to do, and not wait a few more days before I got time again to look at things. Hugely impressed with amazing service. Huge THANKS Dmitriy & Freethought.

Top customer service

I have used freethought for several years for our hosting company. They have helped resolve several issues promptly and offer a high level of support as well as providing in-depth knowledge. They just recently restored a backup for me during the weekend due to a malware attack and cannot fault their assistance in this matter. Would certainly not hesitate to use their services in the future & would recommend them fully.

Hard to beat...

I have been using Freethought Internet for website and domain name hosting for at least 10 years. I am not their best customer by a long shot, but that never seems to matter; the service is always excellent. I have some tech knowledge, but I have also made some really dumb mistakes from which the guys and girls at Freethought have efficiently and patiently rescued me. And even when I flag a regular query as 'low priority', it is usually answered within an hour, if not minutes. For price, professionalism and personal service, it would be hard to beat this company.

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service — going above and beyond to help me move my hosting over to Freethought. And their ethical policy is brilliant. I'd recommend 100% to others — they're miles ahead of the two major hosting companies that I've used before.

A first-rate organisation

They took over my web hosting a year ago and were so helpful and have continued ever since - and, with the bonus of being 40% cheaper than my previous hoster. Even this week I had to change something on their site that applied to my account and I didn't understand it, but they did it for me without hesitation. They are true professionals.

Fantastic Service every time

Been a client for years and have always been very impressed with their professionalism and response times. Nothing is ever too much and they are very patient. Excellent value for money. You will never get this great service from Go Daddy or Squarespace, 121 etc etc. Keep supporting your independents.

Freethought Internet Ltd .....look no further!

As a relative novice and having only needed a domain from Oct 2019, Freethought Internet Ltd very patiently helped me set up the domain registration and several associated email addresses. Mine is probably the smallest account type they operate and following a very minimal cost for the initial set up, the hosting only pays them around £36 per YEAR! However, I feel I am treated with the same urgency and given the same respect as a larger account holder. The mail server / access has never yet failed me and I would thoroughly recommend them to any potential customer, new or old / large or small. A Lincoln-local, easy-to-get-hold-of company. If you are Lincoln based....you should not be looking further than Freethought Internet Ltd.
