Fast late night response

For small business owners, especially new ones like me, work never stops. Trying to setup a new website and email late at night, I ran into some difficulties. Logged a case and got a swift response from Dmitriy helping resolve the issue quickly. It was well AFTER MIDNIGHT! Not only the quality response, but the amazing instant late night response meant I could complete what I needed to do, and not wait a few more days before I got time again to look at things. Hugely impressed with amazing service. Huge THANKS Dmitriy & Freethought.

Top customer service

I have used freethought for several years for our hosting company. They have helped resolve several issues promptly and offer a high level of support as well as providing in-depth knowledge. They just recently restored a backup for me during the weekend due to a malware attack and cannot fault their assistance in this matter. Would certainly not hesitate to use their services in the future & would recommend them fully.

Hard to beat...

I have been using Freethought Internet for website and domain name hosting for at least 10 years. I am not their best customer by a long shot, but that never seems to matter; the service is always excellent. I have some tech knowledge, but I have also made some really dumb mistakes from which the guys and girls at Freethought have efficiently and patiently rescued me. And even when I flag a regular query as 'low priority', it is usually answered within an hour, if not minutes. For price, professionalism and personal service, it would be hard to beat this company.

Freethought - 5 gold stars hosting company

I have been a customer with Freethought ever since they took over from TDM, so perhaps 20 years! They are the best hosting company that I have had the good fortune to use and I have tried a few of the larger hosting companies. Their hosting service never seems to fail and the general impression is one of a very technically competent organisation with very little bureaucracy. When I have had to raise a support ticket, they have gone the extra mile to ensure my issue was resolved, albeit it would be of my own making! They are a friendly, adaptable and conscientious organisation who fly the gold standard for hosting services. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

I have been hosting sites with Freethought Internet for many years and have experienced nothing but exceptional service. If ever I have a problem, which is very rare, they go far beyond the norm to help resolve it. With a recent issue, which it turned out was nothing to do with Freethought's servers, I received several detailed emails helping and advising me how to resolve the problem. Awesome, super helpful, friendly business

I, thankfully, stumbled across Freethought after my previous host merged with another company, and from my perspective that didn't go well. I was unable to access my domains and I stopped receiving emails. I emailed Freethought and explained my problem and what I was looking for, and got into a friendly email exchange with Edward who didn't try to sell me anything, was clear, knowledgeable, reassuring, patient and very helpful. Without hesitation I felt like Freethought is where my domains should be, and they did everything for me, including somehow extracting all my email forwarders and loading them at their end. I do, without hesitation, recommend Freethought. If / when I expand, I will not waste time shopping around: Freethought will have my business. (I do not work for them, know them personally, or have anything at all to gain from saying how great they've been for me.)

Fantastic price, fantastic service

Fantastic price and even more fantastic service. They handled a complex migration for me smoothly and efficiently, and went above and beyond on a few issues. I liked their ethical stance to begin with, and ended up a total fan. Would give them more than five stars if i could.

Since choosing Freethought for our webhosting we have been hugely impressed by the unquestioning rapid support both Edward & Kieran have given us at Warminster Conservative Club Ltd. Transfer a domain..no problem! Set up DNS records for mail purposes....no problem! Countless support tickets answered, usually within a couple of hours. Thank You Freethought.

Compared with my previous service…

Compared with my previous service providers (123reg and 1and1/ionos), those guys are much more helpfull, they have helped me to set up everything within less than 24h!!! Very educated and professional staff people. First time in UK I see real "professional" service here, first time I have spend money and I can say, it was worth any penny.

Came for the price, stayed for the support

In my student times they seemed to offer the lowest price with LetsEncrypt support, and since then I stayed for the excellent customer support. No matter what stupid questions I come up with as I'm learning, they always care and are happy to discuss and help. Much appreciated!
