Fast late night response

For small business owners, especially new ones like me, work never stops. Trying to setup a new website and email late at night, I ran into some difficulties. Logged a case and got a swift response from Dmitriy helping resolve the issue quickly. It was well AFTER MIDNIGHT! Not only the quality response, but the amazing instant late night response meant I could complete what I needed to do, and not wait a few more days before I got time again to look at things. Hugely impressed with amazing service. Huge THANKS Dmitriy & Freethought.

Top customer service

I have used freethought for several years for our hosting company. They have helped resolve several issues promptly and offer a high level of support as well as providing in-depth knowledge. They just recently restored a backup for me during the weekend due to a malware attack and cannot fault their assistance in this matter. Would certainly not hesitate to use their services in the future & would recommend them fully.

Hard to beat...

I have been using Freethought Internet for website and domain name hosting for at least 10 years. I am not their best customer by a long shot, but that never seems to matter; the service is always excellent. I have some tech knowledge, but I have also made some really dumb mistakes from which the guys and girls at Freethought have efficiently and patiently rescued me. And even when I flag a regular query as 'low priority', it is usually answered within an hour, if not minutes. For price, professionalism and personal service, it would be hard to beat this company.

Great ethical choice. Impressive customer service.

If before I thought Freethought looked like and amazing ethical web host, now I am sure. Their website is lit and the prices super convenient. Moreover, I recently had to contact support and the customer service was impressive. Special mention to Edward Dore, my personal hero.

Exceptional people providing an OUTSTANDING service

I didn't think that companies like this existed any more. Freethought Internet's exceptionally competitive products come with OUTSTANDINGLY good customer support at the end of a phone line as standard! I cannot rate this company highly enough. The support line number is quickly answered by a knowledgeable, patient human being whose only wish, it seems, is to ensure that your questions are answered and any technical help is provided (typically "don't worry, I'll do it for you and I'll send you a link so you can see how to do it"). And if you send an email to support you can often expect a reply within the hour. Incredibly, I had a support request sent at 9:30 pm on a Sunday night answered within minutes. I needed lots of help setting up a WordPress site from scratch with no WordPress knowledge or experience and no request for help was ever too much for this wonderful team of people really passionate about what they are doing. And NO, they didn't pay me to write this review :)

Poor customer service, Company number 05862996

Opposite to another review here, these two lads show intolerance faced with objectivity, and rely on their terms and conditions providing for their immediate termination of all services. There is no basis in law as a consumer, or b2b, for that conduct. Begs a legal challenge, but others may prefer to avoid!
