Atenção à renovação da subscrição automática
Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

6 años después vuelvo a usar Freeletics, y compruebo que ha mejorado muchísimo. Ahora entreno en casa, con algo de equipamiento, y el coach me está gustando mucho, se adapta al material que tienes, al espacio que tienes, ... Creo que volveré a usarlo durante una buena temporada, lo recomiendo mucho.

I truly believe that this is one of the best apps for fitness. I tried a few others before. I have this app for more than a year. I pay a subscription since then. The coach function is amazing and I think unique. I have improved my endurance and strength a lot. Also, I see a lot of involvement in this app by adding constantly new exercises and features. Love it!

Un entrenador virtual muy completo
Pensaba contratar un entrenador personal pero me decidí por renovar mi equipamiento de entreno y adquiri varias mancuernas, cajón pliométrico y gomas elásticas (a pesar de que con freeletics se puede entrenar sin equipamiento ninguno) además de la app y la suscripción de 3 meses. Estoy muy contento ya que aunque es posible que no sea tan personalizado como un entrenador físico, la app me obliga a entrenar y se va adaptando a mis entrenamientos previos. Espero que continúen actualizando la App con nuevas rutinas - con cajón, gomas etc- Echo en falta el poder crear mi propio entrenamiento basado en su lista de ejercicios (ya que si elijo entrenar "por ejercicio" solo me permite hacer un número prefijado de ese ejercicio y al acabar tengo que volver a elegir otro y otro y otro sin poder hacer mi propia rutina y ejecutarla luego del tirón. De momento sus rutinas creadas y los workouts de los dioses son suficientes pero en el futuro estaría bien crear las mías propias)

I love freeletics! It has become my daily motivation. Until finding this app I was too skeptical about workouts at home but now I see it’s a real thing and thanks to the freeletics coach I have better results than I had at the gym. Pas le Temps d’aller a la salle de sport donc j’ai téléchargé freeletics! Quoi de mieux ? Economise temps et argent pour un resultat semblable a la Salle de sport et pas besoin de calculer nous meme nos series d’exercices.. le programme et le Coach le font pour vous . Je recommande
