Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

Com o Freeletics, eu encontrei um método personalizado e exclusivo para o meu objetivo, a minha resistência e cada dia que passa eu e meu foco nos surpreendemos mais. O mais difícil é começar, dar o primeiro passo e todas as vezes que eu pensei em desistir, eu lia no aplicativo "o esforço de hoje constrói quem você será amanhã" e isso tem me mantido firme diariamente, tanto nos treinos como todos os progressos da minha vida!

Beware this scammers! They sell you 30€ for 1 year subscription and then next year 60€ fly out of your account. I tried all kinds of conversations, but always end in a low level costumer service wall. I'm going to court now!

Excellent app which literally changed…
Excellent app which literally changed my life. I have been using the app since 2016 and I have noticed tremoundous results on my body. The exercises are perfect for me to keep a lean and fit body throughout the years even though I have a busy schedule at home with one kid and at work. I cannot be thankful enough to having discovered this app.

Sono abbonata da un anno e ho avuto ottimi risultati in termini di forza, tonicità e muscolatura. Stando attenta ( ma non eccessivamente) all’alimentazione sono anche riuscita a perdere parecchio peso. In più il prezzo è molto vantaggioso e il format dell app ( lezioni brevi e frequenti) mi ha permesso di essere constante nell allenamento , come non ero mai stata.

Cancel membership to avoid surprises in your account
I haven’t used the app even though I paid for a year. My renewal came and I got charged cause, apparently, I forgot to cancel my membership. I have chased them for a refund, unsuccesfuly. The customer service is very sharp and direct in a rude way. I would not recommend Freeletics, the content does not stand out, they are more money than quality focused. Very poor!

The best app to train online
The best app to train online. I have been in and out of gyms all my life... It's simply not for me, then I found freeletics I started with calisthenics only but I really start to see results when I started the dumbell training. It's not perfect, I tried the kettlebell training and really didn't like it, but it's still very much worth it.
