Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

da fällt einem nichts mehr zu ein
Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

Only do it if you're expert. Not for beginners anymore
The app is asking crazy things as warm-ups. Back in 2016 it wouldn't ask lunges and other tough exercises. I do not recommend Freeletics anymore, only if you have basis and foundation of what is okay to do and what is a drastic error from an AI.

Unfair company.
This company is a fraud. They are using subscription auto renewal to steal peoples money. I cancelled Subscription long before the end date. One day I just noticed notification from my bank account, checked it and it realised that Freeletics charged me for another year. I wrote to them 15 minutes after I saw that and they just told me that "there is no refund for subscription", that's it. Who is treating people like Freeletics?

ACHTUNG ABONNEMENT-FALLE!!!
Ich habe im März 2021 für 60 EUR eine Freeletics Mitgliedschaft erworben ohne Bewusstsein, dass ich ein Abonnement abschließe auf eine unbegrenzte Laufzeit, die sich jeweils um ein Jahr verlängert. Ohne Hinweise auf eine Aboverlängerung wurde von meinem Paypal Konto 120 EUR abgebucht! Der Kundenservice ist nicht kulant und behauptet mich mehrmals hingewiesen zu haben, obwohl das nicht stimmt. Ich bekam keine E-Mails zugestellt, die mich erinnern das ein Abonnement abgeschlossen ist und verlängert wird. Auch im Buchungsprozess 2019 war mir zu keinem Zeitpunkt bewusst, dass ich ein Abonnement abschließe auf unbegrenzte Zeit mit Verlängerung um jeweils ein Jahr. Ich war im glauben einmalig 12 Monate erworben zu haben. Die Preiserhöhung ist unverschämt und ich nutze dieses Produkt nicht mehr, weil Freeletics ein schlechtes und langweiliges Produkt ist. Ich kann nur abraten! Diese Abzocke ist unverschämt und unseriös!

Be careful with refund policy on signup
I signed up for freeletics as I was drawn in with the 14 day refund thinking I could sign up, trail the service and I had 14 days grace period where I would get a full refund. Sounds amazing! So I trialed the app and found out I needed 2 apps and they weren't linked which made it very hard to calculate anything as they won't measure any work out with food which is not what I was after so I cancelled... This is where things started to go downhill. I was never informed at any part of this process that cancelling the account within 14 days would not give me a refund! Any other service would consider a cancellation within 14 days deserving of a refund but not with freeletics, they decided that it was just a request to cancel and not a full cancellation and therefore I am not entitled to a refund! This is why I have left the bad review, be careful when cancelling as it does not entitle you to a refund you have to submit a separate refund request! This has now been passed over to my credit card company as a chargeback as I canceled within the time frame! Edit** reply ** It never says cancel recurring it just says cancel. Seeing as this is mentioned multiple times I'd do something about it and improve this part of your service. Seeing as I am signed up for 12 months I can get none of it back. Well charge back is requested so we'll see what the credit card company say when you have to fight it!

Cela fait maintenant depuis 2018 que j'utilise cette application qui est vraiment, vraiment top ! Après une grossesse et +30 kilos et en collaboration avec a un bon diététicien et la pratique de sport via freeletics, j'ai perdu la totalité et ai retrouvé une super forme ! Je n'ai jamais eu de soucis concernant le renouvellement de l'abonnement comme certains ont pu dire, prévenu du renouvellement par mon téléphone, et également le choix d'annuler le suivant ou de continuer. Il suffit d'être vigilant à la date du renouvellement de l abonnement. Je l utilise encore a l heure actuelle, lorsque que j'abuse un peu trop pendant plusieurs mois, je refais un coaching de 48 séances et hop je retrouve ma silhouette. Je recommande vivement.
