Be careful with refund policy on signup
I signed up for freeletics as I was drawn in with the 14 day refund thinking I could sign up, trail the service and I had 14 days grace period where I would get a full refund. Sounds amazing! So I trialed the app and found out I needed 2 apps and they weren't linked which made it very hard to calculate anything as they won't measure any work out with food which is not what I was after so I cancelled... This is where things started to go downhill. I was never informed at any part of this process that cancelling the account within 14 days would not give me a refund! Any other service would consider a cancellation within 14 days deserving of a refund but not with freeletics, they decided that it was just a request to cancel and not a full cancellation and therefore I am not entitled to a refund! This is why I have left the bad review, be careful when cancelling as it does not entitle you to a refund you have to submit a separate refund request! This has now been passed over to my credit card company as a chargeback as I canceled within the time frame! Edit** reply ** It never says cancel recurring it just says cancel. Seeing as this is mentioned multiple times I'd do something about it and improve this part of your service. Seeing as I am signed up for 12 months I can get none of it back. Well charge back is requested so we'll see what the credit card company say when you have to fight it!
