Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

First 48-session programme completed!
Today, I finished the Explosive Strength programme consisting in 48 sessions. For someone like me who's never really been sporty, giving my best for 4 months was an insane achievement. I cannot thank Freeletics enough, and I'm already on my way to my second journey!!

Great app
Great app. Makes exercising super easy with no session being the same to the last. You can just set a training journey and let the app guide you through it. Pays for itself in a matter of sessions compared to getting a personal trainer. Highly recommend (been using the app for nearly 3 years now)

Auto renewal Scam! Unauthorized subscription and worst customer service!
All negative reviews are true here! I have been charged for auto renewal silently. They do not remind you via email or any other means. I haven't used the app and still I am charged with £94.99! Avoid this app at all cost! do not give your payment details to this app cause even if you cancel subscription, they will keep taking your money without your will! They do not have any phone number or chat service available. When I write to customer service, they say that their subscription policy is strict and once the renewal is completed, they will not give refund what so ever! Never use this app! They follow such a cheap method of gaining money! I will delete my account and give a word of mouth to others about my extremely unpleasant experience!

Me encanta Freeletics
La aplicación es muy intuitiva, minimalista y limpia lo que ayuda a enfocarse en el ejercicio. Los entrenamientos se van adaptando y progresando con cada sesión. Las "Hell week" al final de cada programa son realmente retadores y te dejan una gran satisfacción al concluir. Físicamente he notado cambios fenomenales.

Hors limites !!! ATTENTION AUX RENOUVELLEMENT AUTOMATIQUE !!! N'ayant recu aucun mail ou contact stipulant un renouvellement à la date anniversaire ou autres (loi Francaise protégeant les consommateurs), ON M'A PRELEVE 130€ lors que la première fois c'etait 60€ ET malgré un mail demandant une annulation et remboursement ILS NE VEULENT PAS REMBOURSER !!!! Ne payé pas en CB !! A FUIR !!!
