They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.
The app and the OBD Bluetooth vehicle error code reader have both been very helpful! They've helped my mom & I save money on repairs, as I knew what the problem was before taking it to the shop.... This prevented my mom (who has little to no mechanical knowledge), from being charged for extra things that weren't necessary & weren't causing (or even related to) the current mechanical issues! THANKS FIXD! U r a money saver & u have helped give my mom and I a little more peace of mind!
This thing is a piece of crap. Software is absolutely terrible. Prepare to be bombarded with non-stop ads for their premium services. Software crashes frequently. Loses connection with the sensor randomly and requires a restart. Support is through email only and is ridiculously slow and ridiculously incompetent. They have a 30 day return policy - because they make it impossible to return. All of the return links on their web site dead end, and the return link on the order confirmation goes to an endless spinning wheel.
Never got it, but they draw the money twice. Contacted the support and they reply with questions and a link to a e-mail that don't work... So don't order!
My minor engine light has been on for months. As soon as I set up my Fixd sensor in my app, it told me to check my gas cap and make sure it was completely closed and it wasn't but after I tighten it that dang light instantly disappeared! I could not be happier with my Fixd sensor!!!
I am 67 years old just put my fixed in my truck and I am thrilled pleased excited I am very happy that I spent a little money to Save-A-Lot of money thank you fixed you and your company I love you
