They charge you a subscription fee automatically without you ever signing up for it and make some long winded bs way of going through their site cramming their product subscription down your throat to get your refund back, we will see if I even get the refund back…
Great product. I had a question and needed assistance. My email was answered promptly and the request was handled by the time they emailed. Great customer service!!
I didn't know about any subscription on this but today after having the device for 3 days I get a bill for 99.99 for a subscription.
They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.

Mechanics hate this app! I had problems downloading the app. Once I got that done it was smooth sailing. I was in Kissimmee Fl. My car just wouldnt start and it wasnt making any noise at all. The mechanic said my fixd wasnt worth crap. Wanted to charge me $150. For a scan. I said no thanks and my car started right up. I scaned my car with fixed and found out what the problem was without spending $150. Thanks Fixd

I ordered a Fixd unit on October 24, 2020. Unit arrived on October 31, 2020. I tried every means to get this thing to work with no luck. Their help line is no help. I also had a hard time trying to get a return authorization. After an additional day of trying, I finally shipped it back on November 04, 2020. They told me I would get a refund for the unit but not for the warranty as the warranty is NOT covered in the refundable category. I couldn't find anything in my documents that stated that so, BUYER BEWARE. I think this entire fixd business is a scam.

My car had a problem last week and I used my FIXD device to run a scan of the car. The scan result gave a code P200A which mean there is a problem with the Intake Manifold Control. I took the car today to a mechanic who also scan the car but did not detect this problem. He end up fixing the car and the problem gone. I scan the car again after it was fixed and the code is still there.

This Fixd diagnostic thingy is pretty easy and cool to use. Being a woman who does lots of driving with my job and to have this to use makes life less stressful. Just plug it in and within no time the codes appeared saved my nerves from stressing out. And saves me money on unnessary repairs. Thanks for this handy device.
