They charge you a subscription fee automatically without you ever signing up for it and make some long winded bs way of going through their site cramming their product subscription down your throat to get your refund back, we will see if I even get the refund back…
Great product. I had a question and needed assistance. My email was answered promptly and the request was handled by the time they emailed. Great customer service!!
I didn't know about any subscription on this but today after having the device for 3 days I get a bill for 99.99 for a subscription.
They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.

I bought FIXD thinking it was a one time buy. Only to find out the ridiculous monthly subscription fee. Now trying to get a refund because of shady business practices.

Ho comprato FIXD, alcune settimane scorse, l'ho subito provato, dopo averlo configurato, con il numero di telaio, sulla mia auto Ford Focus 1600. Il risultato è stato sorprendente. Dopo alcune settimane e dopo averlo provato tre volte, la verifica dell'apparecchio sulla mia auto è stata sempre: auto senza problemi. Mi sono assicurato e ho risolto anche lo spegnimento di spie del cruscotto. Lo consiglio a tutti, costa poco e da un'enorme aiuto, prima di danni importanti, da ricorrere a meccanici o elettrauto. Buon acquisto a tutti.

Becareful people this is a scam, they want to drain my bank account but i close it. I brought a Fixd little white box for $29... After i received my item.I received 20 email. after that they started takeing $109 from my Paypal account, even paypal can not returned my money.......

I've been a FIXD user for years now! I think I was one of the few when this unit first came out and then I seen the growth. The app grew, it has been so useful for me and my family and friends who need to look into their vehicles for engine codes. The repair tools drop down list is awesome! Again this wasn't a feature when the unit first came out. Vehicle information: data logging , recall alerts, emissions precheck, vehicle value, all these things make this the best hands down!Even when it first came out there was no subscription cost but as it grew, the need became necessary and I had no problem subscribing. I'll always be a FIXD OBD scanner user !

I really love this thing. It works so much better then the the one I had. A ton more information and so easy to maneuver. I got it in the mail today and only used it once and I am sure I have not even skimmed the surface of what this thing can do. I would like to be able to clear one code at a time but maybe it does I don't know yet. There are not many products you buy these days that are worth it but this one I love. However you have to be real careful what you click on on the site or they will take $99.00 out of your account without your permission. And it is very difficult to get it back and cancel what you did not mean to subscribe to.

When I first got this last year, they were charging me a monthly fee. I was unaware they were going to do that. Just got charged the annual fee, also unauthorized. These people messing with my finances.
