Condo we rented was filthy! Dishwasher was broken, toaster didn’t work, oven took forever! Missing mattress on the day bed, patio furniture was mildewed and ripped. Worse penthouse we have ever rented. Put in complaint and have heard nothing back. Also the parking garage that was supposed to hold two cars was full of junk so only one car was able to use it. Given only 3 key fobs for 12 people which was quite a hassle
We absolutely loved our stay at Seaview 300!! The beach view was perfection with a large balcony to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. It was nicely decorated with recent updates. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean with a well equipped kitchen for all your needs. Restaurants, shops accessible by bike, or short walk. Would definitely return!

Generally our stay was great. I know that Saturdays are your busiest days, but comunication could have been better. initially, we had trouble getting some sleeping details. The description listed beds to accommodate 12 guests but the description said 14. This was particularly annoying because we placed several calls about this before leaving for vacation, several people promised to get an answer about the sleeping arrangements but never got back to us. The difference was an unlisted fold-out which turned out to be so uncomfortable that we took the mattress from the bed and used it on the floor. On the check-in day, we had some difficulty getting responses on the entry code and pool heat. For the pool heat, we placed numerous calls. The pool people never showed up, but one of your people was finally able to help us get it turned on. So we basically missed about a day and a half of pool time before we got the heat on and the pool up to temperature. After that, it worked well, but it was anoying to have to call so many times before getting a response. Also regarding the pool, we advised you that there was an alert on the pool controller that the salt was extremely low. That issue was never addressed during our stay. We used the pool anyway despite concerns that it may not be a healthy environment. I forgot to mention in my earlier survey response, but you should be aware that the backs on some of the bar stools are very loose. Not having tools avaailable, we just took these out of service instead of risking damage to them, but it may be as simple as tightening some bolts. Finally, I hope you can get the GPS mapping corrected. We scheduled a Uber driver to take one family in our group to the airport, but he did not show up. I think it was because the GPS indicated arrival at the destination a good distance to the west of the actual location. Had another party in our group not been able to unload his car and get them to the airport on time, that would have seriously soured the experience. Even so, it delayed our departure by about 1 1/2 hours due to the round trip. All that said, we had a wonderful time. If we have occasion to rebook with you, we will appreciate it if you arrange for a little warmer weather and gulf water.

Great house. Nice location, close to beach access. Also close to other houses, so can get loud with the younger college crowd. Pool has a lot of direct sun and no umbrellas for shade.
The house was AMAZING! Perfect for three families. Five star was easy and friendly to work with. I loved being right next door two 2 restaurants. That made it easy to order in to avoid the spring break crowd!
The experience was excellent. The property managers were extremely courteous and helpful. There were a few minor problems with the home but were typical with any home - icemaker didn't work but was not needed, plumbing drains were slow, hot water with this many people was a premium. Again these were minor and did not detract from the experience. My family enjoyed the surroundings and Five Stars response to questions. Would not hesitate to rent from Five Stars again in the future.
Property was nice, an easy walk to the beach, pool was large and overall very good stay. The house has plenty of bedrooms and all are nice. We had a couple of issues that were quickly dealt with. Only complaint is not all bathrooms were getting hot water for showers daily.
Our stay was Amazing, to say the least. The staff was Professional, Efficient and very Accomodating. The house was Immaculately clean and in order. The Actual Property is far Grander than the Online Pictures. My Guests were Wowed!!! Thank You Team 5 Star!!!
We loved the house we stayed in and the awesome view of the beach. The short walk to the beach was amazing. The layout of the house was awesome. Our only complaint was the Pool/Spa. When we arrived the Spa was not hot like we expected. It was exactly the temp of the pool in which we had paid extra to heat. Very Cool. We called and someone came out and said they adjusted this. The people who I talked to numerous times the first few day's we were there were very nice and tried to help. The second day of the spa not heating I talked to someone and they told me that I was mistaken and that it was not like a hot tub but should only be Pool Temp and that it wouldn't heat any higher. I was disappointed but accepted that I expected something that it wasn't supposed to do. Thursday of our trip, late afternoon someone come by to clean the pool. We had everyone get out and they shocked it and cleaned it up nice. We were told to stay out of the pool for a few hours due to chemicals. No Problem. When we went back to the pool the Spa was super Nice and Hot!!! Exactly what I was calling about and the temp was amazing! Whatever the person did to the spa was exactly what should have been done when we got there. We never said a word to them about the spa or being too cool. This was frustrating because we literally on got one day to use the spa. That being said everything else was amazing. Oh.... We did hate the alarm but totally understand that especially having kids. Thank you

Five Star Properties was amazing to work with. Our 2020 vacation needed to be rescheduled (#COVID) and they worked with us to reschedule, honor the rate, and made the best out of what could have been a bad situation. I’ve heard horror stories of people losing tickets and rentals from agencies that wouldn’t work with their clients and was so thankful we were working with the decent people at Five Star. The house was exactly as pictured, immaculately clean, and they checked in numerous times to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be using Five Star Properties in the future.
The house was gorgeous and clean. The property is wonderful and situated right on the most beautiful stretch of white sand. It was a little cool when we visited as it was in February so we prepaid for the pool to be heated. We arrived to the rental and the pool was not heated. I called three times and I was unable to use the pool during our entire stay. I must say, I was quite disappointed in the lack of service regarding the pool. The house was amazing and there was plenty of room for everyone. I did quite a bit of cooking during our stay and I would have liked the kitchen to be better stocked. If you're not going to use the kitchen much then it would be fine for light use. Overall we were very happy with our stay and we used the hot tub every night which thankfully was working.
Had a great experience with five star from The reservation to the departure. Home was well appointed and we only had one issue that was very quickly remediated. The home was clean when we arrived and were even able to check in a few hours early which was a huge bonus. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to my friends.
Very spacious condo with an excellent location. 3 balconies overlook the beach. Easy 1 min walk to the beach and pool. Five Star Properties was great to work with. We will be back. I highly recommend this property.

We were very happy with Five Star Properties and Bliss Beach Rentals during the pandemic. We were able to reschedule our trip with no issues. We even got the same room which was amazing. Thank you for your great service. We will be returning to Destin again later this year and will definitely use FSP/BBR again.
The condo was beautiful! We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom attached, and that every bedroom had a balcony as well. We were very happy with the well stocked kitchen, and had everything we needed. Communication was great! We would definitely stay at this property again!
