Five Star Properties and Bliss Beach Rentals

We have used five star before but the unit 910 at Jade East was not up to expectations. The furniture is completely worn out. No comfy seating

I recommend five star for your beach vacation. Great service, quick response to your needs and clean properties with all the amenities requested.

Very comfortable property... well stocked, great beds and perfect location. The lower level is accessible only from outside stairs, so just be aware. We had minor issues and the host company was very responsive. I would for sure stay here again.

Five Star Properties should change their name to Ten Star Properties. They proactively reached out to me prior to our trip, during our trip, as well as the day before our departure to see if we had any questions. We had one issue that was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. We also pointed out that one of the couches probably needed replacing. They shared that a new one was already on order and it actually arrived prior to our departure. You will most likely have an issue any property. Let’s face it, all of us have on going issues with our respective homes. However, having a property management company that is understanding and responsive is all you can ask for. I’ve stayed at a couple of their properties now and have always received the same consistent, superior service. I will continue to first look for available properties managed by Five Star before any others. Do yourself a favor. If you want to be sure you have a great vacation, always deal with Five Star Properties. Best regards, Al W.

Beautiful property, beautifully decorated condo. Very clean!!!

Five star did a great job of taking care of us while renting on of thier homes. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is due to the fact that they didn't tell us ahead of time of a major repair that needed done in the house. It would have made our stay more enjoyable had we known 😊

Our Condo was great. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The towels were wrapped in plastic which was nice. Having a washer and dryer came in very handy. Beautiful Ocean views. Would stay here again!

This was our second 5 Star property rental. We were happier this time, but there were still issues and we will not rent with 5 Star again. Issues: no door code or gate code were sent in advance, we emailed through the portal and called and left messages and got no response. We finally got someone and were told someone would call back with the info and no one ever did. There was work being done at the house on the garage doors for the first 3 hours we were there. Someone showed up stating previous renters reported a rodent issue and we were never advised. The couch in the living room was filthy. We got a call the day before we checked out asking about our upcoming visit, when in fact we were checking out.

Stayed in Villa Playa from the dates 2/24 to 2/28 and had a great experience. Everything was perfectly clean, and everything there was ready to be used. Would definitely stay again!

Five Star is very easy and friendly to work with. A friendly voice always picks up your call. Condo we stayed in was adequate, could use some TLC. Would not rent this unit again.

Worked with us to rent a house after having it cancelled due to Covid. Made the first day easy with constant communication. The hot water in several rooms wasn't working, and it was fixed quickly even though it was the weekend. The elevator was also broken, and was not fixed during our stay, but that is understandable. Overall, a good experience.

this would have been a five star because we rented the home base on using the heated pool they sent a guy a day before our stay to turn on the heat for the pool stated it would take at least 48 hours so on the third or fourth day I called to find out why it was not heated they call the guy that was supposed to turn on the heat stated that the pump was working so no one follows up with me or even to each other my point of all of this if I never called I would have been out of $400 that is one of the main reason we rented the home is because of the heated pool .we also never got the chance to even used the go-cart was told we were supposed to receive an email from another company to get wavier that we never got to this day. I would assume at least Fivestar property would have reached out to their clients to see if we was taken care of not once did they call or even apologize for any inconvenience

Cockroaches Elevator did not work!! Had person with bad hip. Main reason I rented the house. Paid extra for pool to be heated. Was not heated. Tried several times to call but phone# in emails were invalid. Also replied to emails trying to reach anyone with no response.

Hands down the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. Only real issue was that we had a broken shower but maintenance was Johnny on the spot. They had it fixed within an hour. Five star properties always answered the phone and answered all questions we had. The beach house was very clean and pool was perfect. It was an all around great vacation

Our stay was lovely. The home was beautiful and comfortable! Would definitely stay again! And oh did I forget to mention the ocean front views! They took our breath away!

We had a great experience staying with 5 Star Properties. Our house was spectacular top to bottom. They thought of all our needs as being an out of town guest. Tons of fresh towels and soap and shampoo and body wash for everyone. All the utensils you would have at your own house they have provided for. They even provide laundry detergent which we took advantage of. Our Master-bedroom looked out towards the white sand beaches and the waves crashing was a beautiful sound to sleep by every night. We had a two car garage and they provided the remote controls for easy in and out each day. 5 star checked with me the day we checked in and then twice more during our stay to make sure our vacation was perfect. I appreciate the concierge white glove service but that is now what I expect as I have stayed with them for the past 7 years and they have never let me down. Great company.

So there is so much I would like to share about Unit 1102 Beach Front Destination. First the reservation experience was very pleasant. I had several interactions before deciding to book the stay West who was excellent at introducing the properties and creating the visuals. Martha who went above and beyond with her patience. Justin for booking the stay and Michelle for accomodating my addition request. Thanks to all of you as this reservation was very special. Now to the property the pictures does no justice to what I arrived to The unit was absolutely GORGEOUS! and it definitely created a safe space in the middle of a pandemic. The unit was The epitome of clean all beds and linen was quality sealed at COVID standards. I am a Quality Administrator and this unit was above standard. The renovation of the unit was Breathtaking from the floor to the ceiling the views of the water was excellent in this unit. My only concern was the mattresses in the master bedroom they were worn and you could feel the metal in the mattress wasn't as comfortable so we spent the night in the second bedroom where the beds were much more comfortable. Everything else was beautiful the unit had everything you needed to stay we didn't have to leave for anything it was well equipped. I would definitely say don't sleep on unit 1102 as it was a very BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN unit You will not be disappointed. I would definitely recommend 5 Star and Bliss Beach Rentals Beach Front Destination was BREATHTAKING!

Our beach experience was wonderful. The house was very clean and plenty of room for our family. We had an issue with an outlet and heating of the pool, and maintenance was immediately sent to take care of the problem after we called. We tried to email with no response and found it best to call.
