Five Star Properties and Bliss Beach Rentals

This property was beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff at Five Star were very accommodating and pleasant to work with.

Perfect place for our children and grandchildren to gather for a much needed family reunion. Having the beach within footsteps and a heated pool on the porch was perfect for all. Even the fishermen caught dinner for a few nights. Couldn't be a better place to sleep our four families.

The Five Star Properties staff is very efficient and answered any questions that we had regarding our rental. Communication with them was excellent. Would check with them again for a future rental.

The house itself was very spacious and in a great location for beach goers. The front right burner of the stove didn’t work and half of the grill burners also didn’t work. And the grill was overall in poor shape. Neither of those things hindered our stay, but it is the reason for not writing a 5 star review. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Warning! Be very cautious about doing business with these people. We rented a beach house for our family’s spring break 2021 almost a year ago. Three months ago we found out that the property is no longer available for rent. ( everyone understand that rates have now tripled and they know this). They offered to allow us to rent another property or refund our money, but no other considerations were given. Of course now everything is double and triple the price and everything worth renting has been spoken for. We chalked it up to lessons learned, vacation lost. Now three months later and numerous phone calls and emails we still have not received our refund back. Today’s excuse is the accountant passed away and that is why three months later they have yet to wire the money back to us. I would highly recommend not doing business with this organization.

Five Star properties definitely lives up to its name! Their staff is not only polite and professional but was very helpful every step of the way. They offered suggestions and resolved my concerns. The Sterling Shores 501 property was clean and the appearance matched the description and pictures. Overall it was an amazing experience, the only drawback was not being allowed to park in the garage. It rained almost every day so I had to pull under the cover to unload, park in the uncovered lot and purchase an umbrella to use to walk to and from my vehicle. However, it's of no reflection to our stay as despite this small inconvenience we truly look forward to staying again.

One of THE BEST rentals we have experienced!! Our family was looking for a place that could accommodate several families as we celebrated my mother's 60th birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect. Each bed was clean and well made. Each room had several clean towels wrapped in plastic (each set had a full body towel, hand towel x2, and face cloth) plus additional towel packages in the laundry room. Although towels were plentiful, the washer and dryer on the first AND second floors came in handy with all the kiddos. The kitchen was a highlight!! We were able to design beautiful mealscapes with the serveware provided in the home along with a few tiered trays we brought along. It was cold and rainy so we were only able to enjoy the entire wall facing the pool being open for one afternoon. In spite of the cold and rain we THUROUGHLY enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool was nice and warm so that the children were able to swim every day. A few other things we loved: -several ottomans that pulled out to full beds -Plenty of both plastic and glass dishes -2 dishwashers - ice machines EVERYWHERE ( Kitchen,game room, near grill) - huge showers -amazing theater equipped with all streaming platforms (all televisions had streaming hooked up). -golf cart and bikes ready to be used. The best part about it all was the smooth process and ease of access to everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to this property for years to come!

The house was exactly what we were looking for to comfortably fit a large family with 4 kids. The Five Star team was incredibly attentive to our needs, even though there were some minor issues. The only reason this isn't five stars is due to those minor issues: had to call a couple of times for WiFi issues (some of us were working), the outdoor TV did NOT work (this was a huge selling point for the house as we had the pool heated for kids and our first Sunday in the house was Superbowl Sunday...), we had to call to get new propane for the grill (while mid-cook, during Superbowl). The A/C controls for the upper level were not totally flexible, which caused some discomfort during our stay. Again, those were fairly minor issues. The house and pool/hot tub were perfect aside from these. And due to the great location, we spent more time biking to the beach, etc. Overall good experience and would book with Five Star again.

This was the first time using Five Star, impressed with service, responsiveness and over-all support in making our time at the beach enjoyable.

This is a beautiful condo! Wish the weather had been better but we had a great reunion of friends!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Felt very welcomed by managerial and on-site staff. Condo was clean, and pool/hot tub was pristine. Only issue we had was getting the wifi code through email — which I couldn’t access without wifi... but the 5-Star contact helped with it the next day.

Dani, Wes and the rest of the team were wonderful. Although it was a last minute request, they were still able to put together awesome options for us. Their knowledge, resources and professionalism were impressive. They checked in on us before, during and after our stay. We will definitely use their services again.

We were extremely pleased with Dune it Up! It was the perfect place for our big family gathering, complete with teenagers and dogs. Even during the pandemic in the winter, we had ample indoor and outdoor space to spread out and thoroughly enjoy our stay there. The hot tub and pool table were a huge hit with everyone. Unfortunately, the impressive pool was never heated to the point it could be fully used, but we enjoyed sitting by it and wading on the steps. Having access to a golf cart was amazing, and it made us realize that we never want to visit 30A again without having one. Any problem we experienced, Five Star was attentive and arrived asap to correct it. We are repeat vacationers with Five Star, and this experience solidified our loyalty to them even more.

I want to thank Bliss Properties. Family Traditions is out of this world!!! The views the house the pool. I am apart of the ATL Traveling Crew and are going to make this home our traditions. Thank again

We rented a “luxury” home on the beach. Jan 1-8. It was anything but. Broken sconces, light fixtures, furniture. Dirty dishes in the cabinets and the grill was filthy with food still on it. Oh the best part, we had rats and mice. That they knew about prior to our checkin. Completely unsanitary. I called while we were there. They were gonna send someone out. It never happened. Upon returning home, I sent them an email. They NEVER responded. How are they doing business this way???
