We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

Brilliant overall experience from start to finish. We had David Iddon and Ian Gill fit our new windows and front door/ porch. They were absolutely fantastic, really friendly and got the job done quickly and to a high standard. So happy with how the front of my house looks now.

The excellent fitters I had today were Ifti Hussain, Alan Roskell, Jamie Poultion, and Leon Prescott. They were all so friendly and efficient. My windows and doors look amazing, and Ifti showed me how to use all of them. I will 100% recommend it to all my family and friends who need new windows.

Let me start by saying really lovely windows. But I'm going to be very honest. The sales team was very pushy and stayed far to long and late into the evening. (We have young children) The guy was nice enough but far too pushy! And his manager was the same on the phone. They got our order wrong and although they had quoted for all the windows we had asked for on the night. Conveniently when the surveyor came to measure up there was a window missing on the order, which have had to pay for on top. The surveyor was a very nice guy. The scaffolding arrived the day before. On the day Ryan and Oliver came to fit our windows. Both guys were very nice, courteous and respectful. They did a lovely job fitting the windows and cleared up after. The scaffolding was removed very quickly the day after as we requested has it was blocking our sky dish. Very happy with their response time to emails. Over all happy, just not keen on the way they approach sales.

Had a good experience overall. Charlie who provided consultation on our door replacement was thorough and friendly. He didn't push for sales and got us as good a deal as possible. The installation was from their own team and Ryan and Oliver did a great job removing our old door and installing the new one. They were quick and professional. The new door looks amazing - better than we had expected! Solid, perfect size, colour spot on. will definitely use them again.

BEWARE ! Scam con men. Referred by Help to buy. First home improvements called said the quote for 8 windows and a door would take 1-1.5 hr . After 2 hours and a lot of chat and time wasting , he Quoted £32,000. I asked him to leave as I had a work call to take and to email me a quote with a full breakdown of costs - he had already measured up, but he refused , said I’ll wait in the car till it’s done , I haven’t finished .. I ( stupidly) let him back in , took another hour, he made 2 fake phone calls to his boss trying to get me a better deal ,( like he was doing me a favour ) if I left a glowing review and had their advertising bill board in my garden for 14 weeks . Said £9,000 for half the work and tried to push me into signing a contract there and then and pay a deposit. I declined. Before he left he hit on me …! Really going the extra mile to get a sale .. I asked him to leave. The boss text me the next day, said would do all the work for £11,000. I said we could discuss it . He arrived at my home the next day ( I thought it was a phone call) and again tried to push me to sign a contract and pay a deposit . No breakdown of costs , nothing . I refused . In the mean time I got a quote from a local glazer , which took 30 mins, no help to buy involved , same work , same standard glass, no pressure to decide and offer price of £6,500 held for 3 months. First home boss text me the next day, said the price is going up today . I declined. He text and said their offer price was withdrawn …! These con men are a menace - I worry they will bully vulnerable people , the elderly ,those with disabilities. They must be reported for these unscrupulous methods. I felt like Ukraine and they are D Trump ..

Excellent service. The agent was friendly and helpful throughout the process of choosing the new front door. On the day of work I received a phone call from the fitters informing me of the time they would be arriving, and the work was carried efficiently and timely. I would definitely recommend First Home Improvements.
