We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

The process was easy from start to finish. Fitting team arrived on time. They were curtious and great to get on with. Steve and tadas were quick and very tidy. Cleared the area after fitting was complete. A great experience. Would recommend very highly. A great job done. Our new door looks great.

This just went from bad to worse! To start with the sales lady arrived 20 minutes late, no message to advise. Then started the "sales techniques" wanting to know where my husband was and perhaps we should make another appointment when he was available! Then eventually the quote, for 2 bay windows (that's 10 standard panes) plus 1 large-ish downstairs window and 2 small bathroom windows.........£48k! Then another trick........we can give you some marketing money if we can put our sign up, but to qualify I need you to sign up today! Obviously trained in the 1980s. What a joke of a company. Avoid at all cost.

Our windows constantly had condensation every morning and me and my partner were getting tired of it. We found first home improvements and after a pleasant visit from their sales rep, which was very informative, we made the decision to get our windows done by them. On the day the men who came to do the work were very polite and lets us know step by step how the work was going to be done and roughly how long. In less then a days work they had completed all of our 5 windows to a very high standard. They were extremely tidy as they went along and left the space looking the same as when they came. I am please to say we have had no condensation on the windows since which we are really please about. I would highly recommend this very professional company. Scott and Mel

My window handles and front door needed some attention. Jade,the service engineer sent to correct these was very helpful, polite,and nothing was too much trouble for him. My windows are 5yrs old and Jade has been sent before for minor issues, I would not hesitate in recommending first home improvements as I am very pleased with my windows and doors and Jade is an asset to their team. Replacement Door and Window Overall an excellent result. Kiernon was a credit to you. Very thorough, clean and tidy throughout - very professional. Also, pleasant - easy to talk to and explained questions fully. My wife and I are both very pleased with the result.
