We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

I've just had my new windows installed by firsthome improvements. Mr David Twine and Mr Richard Warner were my installers. They were both very professional. Arrived bang on time. Did an absolutely fabulous job. They were courteous and incredibly clean and tidy. They worked non stop. I'm very impressed with them. Also, the first interview I had with the rep was a nice experience. His name is Fred Hurn. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt very at ease. He did everything he could to keep our prices low. As for the quality of the windows. They are just perfect. Thankyou

When Asia the consultant (Huntingdon branch) first came to the house it was really good and everything was clear & informative with zero pressure, she was helpful & very polite. The survey was very good and completed within a week. The installation was done within a day very clean polite and left everything spotless.

An engineer jake downs come to replace a hinge very good and polite and efficient. The only thing wrong was we had to pay for the hinge although it was under warranty only 2 years old , it happened when my wife followed instructions on how to clean the windows , a piece of the hinge snapped, i did notice they are using a better hinge now so obviously the old ones were not strong enough but they still made us pay for new hinges, make me wonder whats on the warranty, apart from that issue brilliant company and good service

Liam and Daniel arrived today 01.05.2025 to install my lean-to Conservatory style door and three windows, good manners, polite, professional and efficient throughout. They worked diligently throughout especially with the hot weather they endured here today, in Swaffham, Norfolk. The finished products are excellent products. The difference, in light, visual and the temperature inside my Conservatory was noticeable straightaway with the door/windows shut, normally with the old door/windows it would have been so hot in there but there was a noticeable cool in the room almost immediately, which is fantastic for summer months. It will also make all the difference in the winter, keeping the warmth in! Aesthetically very pleasing look outside and inside. Thank you Liam and Daniel for making the installation an excellent experience. Well done First Home Improvements for a great product and great staff, throughout the whole experience from selling, surveying and excellent workmen.

We have just completed the 2nd stage of new windows. On both occasions the communication was very good, our salesmen informative and not pushy. Our fitters on both times were professional,friendly and very tidy. They were very careful not to disturb our new K rend. We are very pleased with service provided.
