We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

I have just had a new roof fitted on my conservatory by First Home Improvements. It is absolutely beautiful ( and I no longer have leaks when it rains)! All the staff from sales to surveyor to fitters were great. The fitters Lee and Max Parkes worked so hard in very hot weather and were so considerate to me and my dog making sure everything was safe and tidy at the end of each day. The quality of service, products and workmanship is well worth the cost. Thanks to all.

We recently had our windows and front door fitted by First Home Improvements, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and courteous. A big thank you to David Iddon, Ian Gill, Jamie Pallton, and Harry Gill for their excellent work. They were quick, tidy, and polite throughout the installation process. The final result looks fantastic. The new windows and door have significantly improved both the ventilation inside our home and its overall curb appeal. We’re extremely pleased with the transformation and would highly recommend First Home Improvements to anyone considering similar work.

Robert crick and Teddy Campbell recently came and fitted my windows, they were very considerate and polite and they did the efficiently. They fitted the windows in perfectly making sure that it looked great, they cleaning after themselves and did the work as quickly as possible. The windows look amazing…

Avoid at all costs! Either they don't train their salesmen enough, or they're just trying to scam people. Purchased a front door for just over £3000, with 12 months before having to pay anything. We were repeatedly told that it's 0% interest after those 12 months. After pretty much being forced to sign a contract because they used my disability against me to make the sale! I get the contract saying that it's 16.9% interest! After trying for days to get in contact with head office, being passed to different departments that wouldnt help, we finally get contact with head office only to get £500 "good will gesture" taken off of the almost £3000 THEY ADDED TO OUR QUOTED PRICE WITHOUT TELLING US! I have been paying the minimum payments for 2 years now (because that's all I can afford, which is why I was so happy with 0%) and my balance has not moved due to the amount of interest!

Every stage of the process of updating soffits and guttering went well. The fitters were polite and respectful of our property. Everything tidied up at the end of each day. I am always happy to recommend this company to friends and family because I trust them to do it properly.
