We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

Richard Gaskin and Jason Cook were exceptionally nice, helpful fitters. They were very professional and left our house spotless. We are very pleased with our windows and door. Great upgrade from the previous ones. We recently had 2 doors installed with First home improvements and were so impressed with them that we chose them to fit our new windows. We would definitely recommend this company.

All members of staff were very professional, polite and good to deal with. The fitters in particular - Chris Cade and David Iddon - excelled themselves to ensure they did a first rate job which we are pleased to say they most definitely did!!!

We had a visit today from a service engineer, Jade Downs for some failed locks in our windows. He was very friendly, cheerful and efficiently sorted out the windows for us in a short space of time. Although not mentioned by us when booking the appointment he even offered to resolve the creaking sound in our front door. We appreciate the lovely service!

Had issue with door alignment! Service engineer Jade Downs was absolutely great from the off set ! gave me a call 45mins before he turned up and was bang on time 👍looked at door gave me full explanation then set to work 30mins later job done fantastic service and friendly thanks Jade 👍👍

Both fitters were excellent, work done to a high standard, very helpful, cleaned up after their work. Highly recommend them and after a slight hiccup with order, sorted out to our advantage!, very happy with the door. Can confidently recommend First Home Improvements.
