We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

had my widows installed today byTony And Sean. they phone to say that they were on their way. they arrived and got to work straight away, floor and carpet protection was laid down the entrance and working areas. the work was done without any fuss or breaks (no phone calls). when the work was completed they tidied up and removed any rubbish. All in all I was very pleased with the work, well done.

On April 11th this year we had two windows replaced. The workers came on time, and were pleasant, informative and did the job well. We were very happy with their work, enjoy the result, and so would like to recommend First Home Improvements to others.They are very easy to deal with.

I haven’t bought anything from them, but after the visit I am not going to do it anyway. Their products looks fine, however the sales rep is explaining how he won’t be pushy and will give us a time to think, but what he have done was exactly the opposite, acting like if we don’t buy it now we will loose the biggest discount in the world. Their price are super hiked for example the windows were nearly £8kwhile at the end the offer he was giving me was below £4k, but he wanted to buy it straight away, otherwise I will loose all my discount. I have checked and similar windows you can get for £3k. Get your prices right and stop putting pressure on the people as this is what you will get, no sales leads
