We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

I had all the soffits, fascia, guttering and down pipes replaced front, back and the extension. The workmen introduced themselves, Jason Small one and Michael Haddad. They were very polite and said what they were going to be doing. Scaffolding had been erect prior for them to do. So I was impressed by the companies adherences to Health and Safety. They worked neatly and removed all the waste. Showed me what they had done before they left. I happy with quality of the work and the product. Highly recommend First Home Improvement.

The fitters (Ryan and Ollie) were great. They showed up early and worked all day. Everyone we've talked to has been very helpful. The only snag was that two of the windows weren't what we ordered, but First Home are going to replace them without issues.

I have now used 1st Home Improvements 5 times to replace windows have always found them professional and friendly. I have spoken with Representatives Gertruda and Phyllis and Manager Adam from the Huntingdon Branch and they have always tried their upmost to help find affordable prices. I'm more than happy to use them again in the future.

We had new front & back doors installed at our home. We were really pleased and impressed with the quality of the doors, as well as our installer Frederic Taylor. Fred was very respectful of our home and completed the job efficiently and was very courteous. Thanks for a lovely job!
