We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

Every single consultation that was had with Graeme was top notch service. Went over and above board to help me out with a new front door (which has just also been installed) by father son duo Steve and Frankie. 2 absolute stellar workmen that have given me the door of my dreams. Looks even better than I thought it would. Super pleased with the entire experience and when it's time to replace the windows or have anymore installations done, I know who I'll be running to.

First Home Improvements turned up when they said they would to give us a quote, the price was fair for a composite door against other quotes so we went for it. Installation was booked, they arrived on the day, did a tidy installation and left things nice and neat. Always nervous about using a company for the first time but based on our experience a good job done and no hesitation in recommending them.

Windows and door installed without any issues, really pleased with the outcome. Jack & Luke (The installers) were excellent, very considerate, courteous and friendly. They also completed the work to a very high standard with any issues easily resolved. The only negative that I encountered was the very pushy sales team and a very random pricing structure. Ensure you do your research before committing.

Again another great job carried out by this company, this time to replace a couple of bedrooms windows. Neil and Stuart were very accommodating, as my husband is virtually bedbound, so just replaced one window at a time so I could get him to swap bedrooms in order for them to work on the second bedroom. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, then they tidied up before they left

Installation completed by Mike Taylor - 128402. Mike was very polite and professional and tidied up after himself. His work was neat and tidy, from removing the old door to the smaller details like the silicone around the new door. I am very pleased with the work, it makes the house look complete and is a lot safer!!
