We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

Thank you to First Home Improvements- today both Robert Banks and Nic Partridge fitted a back door (including a cat flap), as well as replacing the kitchen window, so that it matches the rest I have recently updated this year. I am very pleased with the finish, especially the care that goes into the trim around the windows - looks fab! Thank you!

We have very good experience with first home improvements. They installed for us windows and doors. They were very professional in their approach and knew what they were doing. With time there developed some issues with few windows’ hinges and one of doors. One window broke for an unknown reason. Jade Downs from their team came to inspect and timely replaced the new hinges, sorted out the door issues in a minute and replaced our window with a brand new one. Thats was unbelievable. He was very professional in his approach and caused minimal interruptions in our routine. I would certainly recommend them to anyone to who wants a professional team to do a high quality job for them. Whole team is very helpful, from colleagues answering the phone calls to the colleagues delivering the job, excellent team combination.

They installed three windows and the front door, and I'm delighted. The entire team was very kind and helpful, without exception. Jaz and Mike were very considerate, friendly and flexible because it was needed to reschedule to adapt to my work schedelud. They did a neat job and explained everything about the installation and my own home. If I had to say anything less positive, it would be the pricing system that seems a bit random and the timeframe to make a purchase decision is so short.
