We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

Where do I start! First Home Improvements have been amazing! Dominic visited our home at a time of our choice and which was convenient for us. It was a very cheeky request due to it being quite late in the evening but First Home Improvements accepted our request. Dominic went through everything in great depth and detail by the end of the consultation I felt I myself could sell double glazing with the amount of knowledge gained. My Husband and I really appreciated Dominic answering our never ending questions. We chose First Home Improvements as they cut out the middle man by them manufacturing their own products, it was a no brainer. The team also provide you to pay in monthly instalments, which has allowed us to pay in chunks rather than all at once. The cost of living is no joke so we also really appreciated the flexibility. Our back door was completely off the hinges and a huge security risk. First Home Improvements made sure we had an emergency booking and pushed our booking further up the que due to the severity of the project. The day of installation went so smoothly, quick and the team thoroughly cleaned up any and all rubbish. They were extremely friendly and answered a few more of my questions. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the finished result and will definitely be using First Home Improvements again in the very, very near future! The day after I made the decision to replace my ageing front door, back door and 4m patio doors, a nice young man knocked my door with a First Home Improvements Ltd leaflet in his hand. The selection of doors was attractive so I took the opportunity to arrange a quotation. From then on I continued to be impressed by a very friendly, helpful, diligent and customer-oriented approach of everyone I interacted with; the years of experience and expertise of the surveyor and installers; the gorgeous doors and the high quality workmanship of the installation that was beautifully finished and guaranteed for 10 years; the exceptionally well managed process and an even better deal than I thought when I saw the end result! In terms of security from robust though easy and smooth multi-locking mechanisms, the high quality of the product, the expert fitting making drafts a thing of the past and the stylish appearance, my new doors have improved my home and home life more than I ever imagined and I can honestly recommend First Home Improvements Ltd for a First Class home improvement.

Hello, thought I had already left a review but being asked for another so here goes. Really good windows, installers were brilliant as well as the surveyor and brickworkers. Really happy with rhe windows. Only downside was when putting the advertising board up, they attached it to our outside drain pipe and it pulled the drain pipe out of the guttering on the roof. Having said that, after bringing this up a guy called simon from 1st home.improvements called and sorted the issue out within a few days. Absolute star, top class. Thank you
