We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

I have just received a phone call from this company. Utter well rehearsed nonsense. After answering all his questions Put us in touch with a company who has 2.5 reviews. I refuse to go ahead any further. As I asked for my details not to be passed on to a 3rd party. He promptly hung up. Please be warned they are not to be trusted!

Minor damage to vertical blinds. Poorly fitted blinds. Window next to the kitchen door does not line up with existing work surface. The whole kitchen window/door unit was either badly measured or badly made. The fitters had to use packing and blanking strips to mask the gaps. Other company staff came to correct and refit bits and pieces. I am still waiting for someone to sort out the lounge blind.

I had 8 windows fitted Jake and Cameron were very professional with the fitting and respectful with my property. I am so impressed with the look and quality of the windows I have now ordered a new door . Yes they are very expensive but the service and quality items you get with First is amazing you get what you pay for, Iwould highly recommend. For all the negative comments on the pushy sales people you can always say NO and tell them to leave.

Thanks for First Home Improvements - Jack Brighmore and Luke Hollis installed our new bathroom window which now has a fire exit - great relief. Very polite guys and explained exactly what they were going to do and made sure we were happy with the end result. The scaffolders were also very polite which is so important when they are entering your property. All in all very happy customer. Thank you.

We had new doors and windows fitted at the start of 2024 and we couldn’t be happier. We did notice a seal on the back door was tucked under a little so contacted first home improvements and was told they would get someone out to fix it, (didn’t hear anything and completely forgot as it’s such a small issue) contacted the office today and had a lady called Eva out who took photos and has sent it to her manager Adam, we received an apology and it’s going to be sorted within the next week!
