We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

Michael & Raymond Perry were very friendly, efficient and explained everything regarding my new bathroom windows and back door. Tidied up and left room as it was before they started. Would definitely have these 2 back to do my kitchen window.

We had all our windows replaced and a new front door. From start to finish all staff we dealt with were helpful and knowledgeable. They fitters Dave and Reece were brilliant, very friendly, helpful and professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to our family and friends.

The fitters arrived early and introduced themselves to me. They put covers on the floor and over furniture and ensured it was tidy. The windows were fitted carefully and look very good happy with the fitting. The fitters left everything tidy and clean. They showed me how the windows work and ensured I was happy with them. The changing of the window was done and I was very impressed.

Had new windows fitted recently job was completed to a great standard. The fitters arrived on time and completed the job with no problems. Fitters were friendly and very professional and cleared up after completion. I have no problem at all recommending this company if you need jobs doing.

This was a repeat installation because I foolishly decided to omit the front door from the installation in March. The new door makes the world of difference to my property. I was able to choose the design for the surround and the door itself. They were even kind enough to allow a slight reduction in cost. The installation itself was smooth, efficient and quick. I am pleased with the result.

Was advised that there was no early repayment fee when paying for windows with finance. Checked this multiple times with both salesmen and finance company. Went to settle the remainder of the finance agreement and was hit with an early repayment charge. Completely unacceptable.

Had our windows and door installed last week and we’re absolutely delighted with the results. The installers were incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the whole process. They arrived right on time each day and completed all the work within the promised timeframe, which we really appreciated. Everything was done to a high standard and the house was left clean and tidy afterwards. Great experience overall—highly recommended!
