We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

Following the installation of new windows we used FirstHome Improvements again for the replacement of the Soffits Fascia and guttering. Once again a professional team from Craig the Salesman to the Surveyor and then the Installation team. This time we had the ‘A’ team Aaron and Adam. We found them to be polite, efficient and left everything neat and tidy. timescale were more fluid on this installation due to weather and reliance on scaffolding team.

Both the fitters Richard Gaskin and Jason Cooke were highly qualified, effecient and courteous. Upon arriving they made themselves known and immediately began work. I was expecting them in the pm but they phoned before hand and arrive before 8am. As I hadn't completely sorted out the area they requred they helped sort it out. They both seemed very professional and were completed before 12. They hoovered inside, swept outside and took all the rubbish away. I would have no trouble recommending First Home Improvements to any of my friends and neighbours. Well done lads.

The installation of new gutters, soffits, barge boards etc was completed by Tyler and Liam, from the Norwich Branch. A professional and polite duo, with good attention to detail, and respect for the property. They kept us fully informed as to how the installation was progressing and what to expect next, an excellent service. We are extremely happy with the end result.

Good experience from beginning to end it took two days to complete which was estimated despite a tricky very large bay window, good communication from start to finish the workmanship is excellent we are very pleased with it, I would like to thank Darren for his visits to our home which enabled the bay window to go ahead also we would to thank Mike and ray for their workmanship,professionalism and politeness whilst doing the job they were a joy to have around exceptionally clean and tidy workers very good attention to detail we are extremely happy with all the work done thankyou we would recommend

Phyllis the consultant came, she was very nice and explained everything to us and nothing was too much trouble. The survey was pleasant and nice. Then we had the fitters who were quick, everything was done perfectly. They left my home really clean and tidy. They were accommodating as well . The windows are stunning, they make the rooms brighter and lighter. The head office, phoned up since the installation, to find out if everything is ok. We were kept informed about everything that was going on. The company is professional, very helpful and took care of us. I will use your firm again when I want windows and doors done again.

I am so happy with my new windows. John and Conor did an excellent job. It took them only a few hours to replace 4 windows. The windows have only been in for few hours and I'm really noticing the difference. They look fantastic and have really cut down the noise from outside. However, buyer beware they look so good you might have to decorate.
