We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.
Great job and efficiently done. Richard Gaskin and Jason Cook did a really great job and really happy with their service. Very friendly and completed within time frame.
Liam and Dan did our window installation. They were very polite hard working and did an excellent job, we can't praise them enough. There was no disruption and no mess left behind. On the whole we found most members of the team we spoke or had contact with were polite and helpful. I do however think that not having a follow-up call the day before the fitters arrived should be addressed. From being given the date 2 weeks before on the phone there was no contact until the fitters arrived, so we were not sure they were coming. Also we found it very strange that the company expected us to pay the fitters that day, instead of a supervisor or sales rep coming out. But we must say excellent work Liam and Dan . We love the windows and thank you for your hard work..
The whole process was as it should be, quite a long process to begin with but all necessary, followed by the fitting of our windows which was completed in a professional manner. I must emphasise that the quality of the windows is 5*.
First Improvement were very thorough from start to finish. The fitters kindly done a brilliant job, cleaning up after and even took down my blinds to install all my new windows and kindly put them back up for me. A very happy customer indeed. And the customer service has been superb even after installation.
After an installation a couple of months ago our patio door wasn’t latching and we were really struggling to lock it. Called First Home Improvements Warranty line and Jade Downs was with us a few days later. Within 20 minutes he’d fixed the issue (the door had dropped slightly). He was great, very polite and tidy.
Guys came to fit our door at the arranged time. Fitted the door very quickly. Super friendly staff (John and Connor). They also helped to fit the braxket for the outdoor hood which they didn't have too. Gave tips and tricks on how to maintain the door at its best and answered any questions we had.
The door its self is of great quality. We absolutely love it and we are very happy with the service.
Had new doors fitted. Thought the eventual price was fair. However, time take up with the initial sales waffle, was excessive. Fitters turned up as scheduled. It was a very wet day and conditions were dreadful. To their credit they worked hard and completed the job on schedule. Doors look smart and neighbours have admired them. Customer service has been good.
