We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

We are happy with our experience with First Home Improvements. The entire process, from the initial visit to the completion of the installation, was handled professionally and without hassle. The team addressed all our concerns with care. Our bedroom windows were installed in just one day, and the workmanship is excellent. We highly recommend this company and would be happy to have them back for future home improvement projects.

This was our second time using the company and was not disappointed again. James was great when he can to see us first to see what we wanted. On our installation day Michael and Craig were nice and early, professional and very tidy. It was a hot day and neither of them stopped until it was all finished and tided away. Thank you both you did a fantastic job and we love our new green windows that matches our door. Would definitely use again.

Had my second instalation completed last week and it is absolutely First Class like the last one. This time I had TY and KYLE as my installers and I could Not fault them. They arrived on time and got on with the job straight away and everything was done very professionally. They cleared up everywhere when they had finished and left my property Spotless. I would Highly Recomend TY and KYLE for any installation you need and would Highly Recomend F1rst Home Improvements as a Quality Company.

Had all my windows and front door replaced. The quality is exceptional I am so happy with them and really glad I decided to replace my old, drafty windows and flimsy door. The fitting process was excellent, turned up on time, straight to work, friendly and professional, fantastic workmanship. Many thanks to Mark, Chris and Brandon for such a quality job with minimal disruption.
