Was a little apprehensive about ordering after a couple of negative review but I’m so pleased I did, I ordered several dresses as was unsure of sizes with it being my first order needless to say I only ended up returning one lol I had no issue with returning the dress or getting a refund and the customer service was excellent, so please with myself for not being put off from negative reviews and will certainly be ordering in the future and would definitely recommend 😁
Amazed by the quality of these dresses. I did end up returning one as I over ordered. Delivery was speedy and the returns process was super simple (wish more online retailers were like this). Will 100% order again
Honestly love the products but had to return some items and it was not an easy process .
Only option inpost - I don’t have a printer - so have to get a print out (had to pay for this) so will be very careful if I order again - so much easier if they could use PO for returns who print the label for you .
The dress was lovely, just didn’t suit me, the only disappointment is that it has taken nearly 4 wks to acknowledge my return and will be up to another 10 days for the refund to be processed, just feels a little bit long in comparison to other sites.
Terrible experience! After making a couple of orders I needed to make returns. I was annoyed to discover I had to pay £2.50 per return for postage (frustrating but it happens). I returned my items and the 14 day window for refund comes and goes with no money returned. I then emailed to chase my refund, I didn’t get a response but I got two emails to confirm that my refund had been processed but it would take up to 10 DAYS to reach my account!! So I paid to return my items and have had my money held hostage for a month. Save your money and shop elsewhere. (I am still to recover my money)
Terrible company. Returned a dress over 14 days ago and still have not had a refund. Have tried contacting them they don’t reply. Nearly £50.00 still out of pocket. Absolute joke. No contact number and can’t speak to anyone. Disgusting treatment of a customer. Would never recommend or buy anything here again. Edited xxxxxx
Now received numerous messages as I have complained. They have tried to make amends and rectify but it still shouldn’t take a bad review just for a company to take a customer concern seriously. They wanted me to take down the review but I am sorry it is in my opinion too little too late. The employee I spoke too was helpful but as I say I think it was only due to a bad review.
Cheap feeling material for the price paid, then got the shock of having to pay an arm and a leg for return postage, not made explicit when ordering through Debenhams website. Wouldn’t order from here again! Avoid!
Response to reply - I understand places have to charge for returns but making this more explicit when buying would be better - having purchased 4 dresses from the Debenhams website, I’ve now ended up having to pay for 4 separate return fees even though I ordered from one website, don’t feel like this is very fair at all!
Clothes were nice but sizing was off. I will never order again because you are charged p&p for delivery and for return so I had to pay £8 to try on two dresses that were sized big.
I ordered a dress and it was lovely! Just didn’t look right on me unfortunately. I opted to do a return & was given confirmation that my item was received on the 2nd of June.
14 days later which is today I have been advised my refund has been processed. The company clearly states that it takes up to 14 days to process refunds so although it took the whole 14 days they still abided by there timescales which I think is great.
I emailed a few times to get an update on my refund and I was always responded to quickly and informatively.
I love some of the pieces they sell and I would recommend to order directly with the company.

My return has been processed today but I haven’t received the funds just yet. Will update my review once I’ve received the funds so I can give an accurate timeline.

I have filed a charge back as I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve been shown screenshots that the refund has been processed “outside of there time line” but it still hasn’t been credited to my account.

My bank advised me not to cancel the chargeback against them so I didn’t. They reverted my refund which means I still haven’t received it lol. Decided to leave this with visa & I won’t be ordering from them again it’s not worth the faff! Surely they could have sent the refund and rejected my chargeback. Makes no sense!

The company have rejected my chargeback lol. Visa are still working on it as I’m completely within my rights to receive my refund. Guys honestly if you’re reading this review DO NOT order. This is seriously a joke.

I have an email from my bank to state you rejected the chargeback and they needed to further investigate. So if there’s an option where I can upload that to this review then please share because I will!! Since my last update my bank has refunded me the full amount of the chargeback thank god. You are the liars!!!! Why would I go to all this trouble to lie about my review. I started off this review in such a positive light. I was giving an honest account of my dealings and time frame’s. The way you responded is shocking and clearly you show no respect to your customers and have no business acumen.
