THEY ARE A JOKE.
I am trying to place an order since a while and for some reason it gets cancelled right after my purchase. I have no idea why this happens. I tried to call the customer service and I met agents that barely speak english and they had no idea why this happens. They say it could be for safety reasons but since I am not a terrorist and I never dealt with such stupid issues I wonder what my problem is. Stay away from them.
Garbage customer service. Ordered a hat on June 22, they claim it was delivered on June 28. The problem was it could not have been delivered because their ordering system cut off the street address - not the first time I’ve had this happen (once with paypal checkout and now with Apple Pay). I spoke with a customer service manager on June 28 and spent a half hour explaining the situation. She claimed she couldn’t do anything for 72 hours but would ship a replacement on July 2 and send confirmation. On July 3 I had heard nothing so I again contacted their customer service department who claimed it was delivered. I again explained how it could NOT have been delivered because their system cut off the street address. They said they would have to wait another 72 hours. Beyond ridiculous for a problem THEIR system created. They’ve lost my business.
We purchased a hat for our son, it was too small. Upon return there were 3 things we needed to complete. Nowhere did it say we would be charged a $9.99 return fee for the item. It just said to package the hat in the original box with labels and get to the nearest UPS store. I was only given back $38.00 of the $47.99, upon further research on their site I found the $9.99 fee. Be up front about the cost to return, we would have just kept the hat and used it as a gift.
I ordered a t-shirt ($35) for my husband and followed washing instructions. The shirt shrunk excessively in torso length and is unwearable. I contacted customer support and they will not let me exchange or return due to shirt being washed. Very poor customer service and poor manufacturing quality. Next time I'll order from Amazon.
I have (3) grandsons who are Dodger Fans and are all born in March, I had so much fun shopping for them as part of their birthday gifts. They were quick and the clothes are good quality
I ordered from FANATICS, and PAID IN FULL by credit card, an AUTOGRAPHED framed photo of Jalen Hurts with the Vince Lombardi Trophy. It was ten days after the Super Bowl. Nothing said on the Fanatics website that there was limited availability! I WAITED THREE MONTHS and finally received the framed photo…but there is NO AUTOGRAPH! Fanatics customer service basically said oops, ran out, and offered me a 15% discount or return info which cost I would incur!!! REALLY? So a JALEN HURTS AUTOGRAPH IS ONLY WORTH $90.00? And THIS is how you treat customers? I plan on notifying my credit card company. This tactic was a bait and switch which is FRAUD!!! I paid over $500.00 but they are selling the substitute I received for $179.00!
I Wont EVER purchase from these liars again. You shouldnt either!!!
UPDATE:
Had to fight to get a full refund. Finally received it. Still would never shop online at Fanatics ever again! Luckily was able to purchase the autographed photo from a more reputable company!
The shirt was too small and didn't meet description. The reason for the 1 star ( I would have given no stars) was the return policy. It was bought at a gift and they wouldn't exchange for a different option and would only give store credit. It was such a hassle that we ended up getting shirt somewhere else and will not buy from here again.
I never received my sweatpants. I called your company in November told them please resend it that way to the spring because I was leaving for Florida. I would not be back until the spring. I called in the spring to remind them they could send it to me now and they said no sorry too late is more than 45 days But they never mentioned that when I called them, they said no worries. We’ll send it to you when you call us in the spring, you’re not to be trusted.
