THEY ARE A JOKE. I am trying to place an order since a while and for some reason it gets cancelled right after my purchase. I have no idea why this happens. I tried to call the customer service and I met agents that barely speak english and they had no idea why this happens. They say it could be for safety reasons but since I am not a terrorist and I never dealt with such stupid issues I wonder what my problem is. Stay away from them.

Garbage customer service

Garbage customer service. Ordered a hat on June 22, they claim it was delivered on June 28. The problem was it could not have been delivered because their ordering system cut off the street address - not the first time I’ve had this happen (once with paypal checkout and now with Apple Pay). I spoke with a customer service manager on June 28 and spent a half hour explaining the situation. She claimed she couldn’t do anything for 72 hours but would ship a replacement on July 2 and send confirmation. On July 3 I had heard nothing so I again contacted their customer service department who claimed it was delivered. I again explained how it could NOT have been delivered because their system cut off the street address. They said they would have to wait another 72 hours. Beyond ridiculous for a problem THEIR system created. They’ve lost my business.

We purchased a hat for our son

We purchased a hat for our son, it was too small. Upon return there were 3 things we needed to complete. Nowhere did it say we would be charged a $9.99 return fee for the item. It just said to package the hat in the original box with labels and get to the nearest UPS store. I was only given back $38.00 of the $47.99, upon further research on their site I found the $9.99 fee. Be up front about the cost to return, we would have just kept the hat and used it as a gift.

Poor return policy

I ordered a t-shirt ($35) for my husband and followed washing instructions. The shirt shrunk excessively in torso length and is unwearable. I contacted customer support and they will not let me exchange or return due to shirt being washed. Very poor customer service and poor manufacturing quality. Next time I'll order from Amazon.

TERRIBLE QUALITY + COMPANY

This site and its products = pure garbage. Good luck trying to return an item... not only do they make you pay a $9.99 return fee, but their janky system doesn't correctly generate a return UPS label. AVOID FANATICS.COM AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Not reliable

I ordered an item that was in stock and would ship in two business days and they collected the money, after no contact and no item for a week, contacted them, claimed it was delayed and after 5 days of delayed and that it would be filled soon,they now claim it's not in stock. Third time in last two years this happened. Worst customer service. Unethical, unprofessional and bad on every level. You can give some reply blaming me and taking no responsibility but fanatics is not reputable or trustworthy.

Hervorragender Kundenservice – absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich hatte ein technisches Problem bei der Rücksendung meines Artikels über das Retourenportal. Nachdem ich Fanatics kontaktiert habe, wurde mir sehr schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert geholfen. Das Problem konnte zwar nicht sofort behoben werden, aber anstatt mich weiter warten zu lassen, hat man mir den Kaufpreis vollständig erstattet – und ich musste den Artikel nicht einmal zurückschicken! So einen kundenorientierten Service erlebt man heutzutage selten. Vielen Dank an das Team von Fanatics für diese faire und professionelle Lösung – ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen!

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Trikot für unseren 5 jährigen ist viel zu klein und nun soll ich 14.40 € Rücksendekosten tragen?! Was ist das denn für ein Wucher?! Das ist wirklich nur als unseriös zu bezeichnen.

Picture of the product was not accurate to what I received. Product is a much lower quality than advertised. I would have returned it but I would have been charged the $10 return fee, so I guess I will keep it. Fanatics should really vet their “trusted partners” better

Fanatics

Have always purchased sports cards for grandchildren at local shop. They lost their rating with fanatics and went out of business. Grandchildren enjoy getting sports cards I enjoy giving . I had a great relationship with local vendor, always got what I needed. I’m nothing with fanatics. Not used to “preorder crap” I miss them and don’t get cards for grandkids. Stinks
