THEY ARE A JOKE.
I am trying to place an order since a while and for some reason it gets cancelled right after my purchase. I have no idea why this happens. I tried to call the customer service and I met agents that barely speak english and they had no idea why this happens. They say it could be for safety reasons but since I am not a terrorist and I never dealt with such stupid issues I wonder what my problem is. Stay away from them.
Garbage customer service. Ordered a hat on June 22, they claim it was delivered on June 28. The problem was it could not have been delivered because their ordering system cut off the street address - not the first time I’ve had this happen (once with paypal checkout and now with Apple Pay). I spoke with a customer service manager on June 28 and spent a half hour explaining the situation. She claimed she couldn’t do anything for 72 hours but would ship a replacement on July 2 and send confirmation. On July 3 I had heard nothing so I again contacted their customer service department who claimed it was delivered. I again explained how it could NOT have been delivered because their system cut off the street address. They said they would have to wait another 72 hours. Beyond ridiculous for a problem THEIR system created. They’ve lost my business.
We purchased a hat for our son, it was too small. Upon return there were 3 things we needed to complete. Nowhere did it say we would be charged a $9.99 return fee for the item. It just said to package the hat in the original box with labels and get to the nearest UPS store. I was only given back $38.00 of the $47.99, upon further research on their site I found the $9.99 fee. Be up front about the cost to return, we would have just kept the hat and used it as a gift.
I ordered a t-shirt ($35) for my husband and followed washing instructions. The shirt shrunk excessively in torso length and is unwearable. I contacted customer support and they will not let me exchange or return due to shirt being washed. Very poor customer service and poor manufacturing quality. Next time I'll order from Amazon.
This is the worst gambling site ever. I never got the 500 free spins and after I put my own money on the app and won 150 dollars when I went to withdraw it my account was closed
Bought a set of 2 Cowboys glasses (20 oz). The designs started washing off within the first week. Six months later, in June, I have a crystal clear set of glasses. During the same purchase, I got a single Dallas Mavericks 20oz glass. It looks great!
I’d give it 0 stars if i could Fanatics gave me an offer for $250 fancash if i get 1,000 and did not honor it. This is the third time Fanatics tried to scam me in the year and a half i held an account. Would not recommend to anyone
This shirt is by far the worst quality t shirt I own. And I have plenty of t shirts I received for free that are 10+ years old and are much better quality. The red sox text is so small across the chest. It looks ridiculous. MLB needs to go back to majestic.
No idea who this company but I am getting emails from them about an account I didn’t set up. Their chatbot doesn’t work, their customer services email doesn’t accept emails and their UK number is closed at 11am on a Friday saying ‘call back during working hours’. Are they associated with fraud? I’ve asked them via email and site to remove my email from their servers and confirm I have no account or liability for payments but everything bounces back. I have no way to reach them. This is either fraud or honestly the worst communications framework I’ve seen in decades.

Said 2 Business Days for shipping on the pay page. Billed my CC. Get an email saying it would be 29 days. Contacted them to cancel. and they would not do it. Have to wait for items, then ship back to them before the refund is issued. Brutal.
My autistic son ordered a large order of stuff almost $300 from this fraud of a company without me knowing it and when I saw the notification early the next morning, I immediately tried to cancel it and I chatted, chatted, chatted, chatted and chatted and spoke to multiple people and they all gave me a different response. When I call two of their incompetent CSR and told both I needed to cancel the order and they asked for the information and I provided it to them and they both said that the order was canceled, they both lied, it wasn’t canceled! This is a company that needs to be brought down/forced to go under! Taking advantage of people and lying about what they are doing and know they are not doing as they told the customer! This company doesn’t deserve one star!
I purchased a signed photo from Fanatics’ website. It took too long for it to get to me, and when it did get here it was damaged. There are multiple permanent creases in the photo. Of course it was packaged in a thin flexible envelope with no padding or protection. When I reached out to customer service, they said that it was a different department that handles signed memorabilia and they close at 4:30pm. This whole process has been disappointing.

Fanatics reached out to me to let me know that I could return the signed picture, but they were now out of replacements. I was also going to have to pay for shipping to send the picture back to them and I would not receive a 100% refund. And, the refund would take weeks after they receive the memorabilia back. What in the world is going on at Fanatics? They did not resolve the issue.
