THEY ARE A JOKE. I am trying to place an order since a while and for some reason it gets cancelled right after my purchase. I have no idea why this happens. I tried to call the customer service and I met agents that barely speak english and they had no idea why this happens. They say it could be for safety reasons but since I am not a terrorist and I never dealt with such stupid issues I wonder what my problem is. Stay away from them.

Garbage customer service

Garbage customer service. Ordered a hat on June 22, they claim it was delivered on June 28. The problem was it could not have been delivered because their ordering system cut off the street address - not the first time I’ve had this happen (once with paypal checkout and now with Apple Pay). I spoke with a customer service manager on June 28 and spent a half hour explaining the situation. She claimed she couldn’t do anything for 72 hours but would ship a replacement on July 2 and send confirmation. On July 3 I had heard nothing so I again contacted their customer service department who claimed it was delivered. I again explained how it could NOT have been delivered because their system cut off the street address. They said they would have to wait another 72 hours. Beyond ridiculous for a problem THEIR system created. They’ve lost my business.

We purchased a hat for our son

We purchased a hat for our son, it was too small. Upon return there were 3 things we needed to complete. Nowhere did it say we would be charged a $9.99 return fee for the item. It just said to package the hat in the original box with labels and get to the nearest UPS store. I was only given back $38.00 of the $47.99, upon further research on their site I found the $9.99 fee. Be up front about the cost to return, we would have just kept the hat and used it as a gift.

Poor return policy

I ordered a t-shirt ($35) for my husband and followed washing instructions. The shirt shrunk excessively in torso length and is unwearable. I contacted customer support and they will not let me exchange or return due to shirt being washed. Very poor customer service and poor manufacturing quality. Next time I'll order from Amazon.

Fanatics does not easily allow for a RETURN!!!!

Fanatics does not easily allow for a return. Too many hoops to jump through, too many rules. Once your item has been delivered it is no longer on the site as an order number. Entering the order number is the only way to print out a "return label"!!!!!!!!! CHEATERS.

Ich habe einen der Titelgürtel bestellt für über 500 Euro. Der Versand war ebenfalls nochmal um die 30 Euro, heute kommt das Teil an, in einem total verbeulten Karton (klar da kann der Shop erstmal nichts für) allerdings ist dieses teuere, schwere Teil nur in einem dünnen Stoff und einer Folie eingewickelt. Das kann doch nicht deren Ernst sein? Kein Geld für Posterpapier oder so? Der Gipfel ist, sowohl der Chat als auch die email Kontakt Aufnahme geht nicht wegen „Fehler“ und „Inaktivität“ lächerlich echt.

Fatti diversi ordini, almeno 3 tutti i pacchi sino andati persi,non consegnati. mi hanno contattato ma sempre 3/4 giorni dopo per mail. Non esiste un numero di telefono non esiste una chat (non funziona mai) non esiste un codice sconto (non funziona) insomma ti costringono a acquistare da altre parti. Non consigliato al 100% state alla larga

Par quoi commencer ?! N’acheter pas sur ce site. En cas de problème, impossible de contacter le service client. Le numéro de téléphone ne fonctionne pas, le chat en ligne est inopérant et je n'ai reçu aucune réponse suite à mes demande envoyée via le formulaire de contact. Je commence sérieusement à me demander si je ne suis pas victime d'une arnaque !! Ma femme a réceptionné ma commande en même temps que d'autres colis. Lorsque j'ai ouvert le mien, j'ai immédiatement remarqué son poids anormalement léger. En l'ouvrant, j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de constater qu'il était complètement vide. Il s'agissait d'une commande pour le GP de Barcelone et j’ai dû racheter les maillots sur place. Perte de temps et d’argent et aucun DAV de la part de Fanatics, scandaleux. J’aurais dû regarder les avis plus tôt

Commande passée pour deux articles.

Commande passée pour deux articles. Ils arrivent séparément avec plusieurs jours de décalage et le short étant bien trop grand je décide de le renvoyer. En violation de toutes les lois françaises et européennes sur la vente à distance et notamment sur le droit à rétractation ils font payer le retour 12,50 euros. Mais le pire c'est qu'une fois que vous avez payé cette somme et retourné l'article, plus d'un mois plus tard toujours pas de remboursement... Bref des escrocs. Leur pdg est connu pour sa fête en blanc dans les hamptons et en achetant sur son site vous ne faites rien d'autre que financer ses frasques. Fuyez.

My husband bought us shirts

My husband bought us shirts, blanket, hats, and sweatshirts. We wore them once and washed (in cold) the shirts look so bad you cannot wear them. The ink is faded/ washing off. Very disappointed and to expensive for that to happen. Well they contacted me and said they will refund my money. Fingers crossed they want to make this right. Still no refund. I need to find a new place to buy from.

Merchandise

Trash. Will never order from them again. Ordered ahead of time and still got shafted would I recommend them hell no. Not for any product. Not to mention they send email like their offering me some big discount for my inconvenience and it's the same code their using for a complete 25% off with busch code. LMFAO. Pathetic complete and utter failure on this company to get any future business from me or my family

Everything's great but the custom jersey

I love the selection of merchandise and also how fast shipping is. My only complaint is that I ordered a custom Jersey, and the item is defective. The sleeves are way too short and tight, to the point where the Jersey is unwearable. Unfortunately, custom items and items with tags removed cannot be returned. So I'm stuck with a $140 Jersey that I can't wear.

Quality at its lowest level even for…

Quality at its lowest level even for the £105 premium jersey. Be warned, two failed jerseys and now I’m just stuck with it within 5months of ownership. My girlfriend order me a jersey from fanatics for Christmas, received it and opened it to realise that the jersey number was peeling. I got in contact with fanatics who said they wouldn’t send me a new one as a replacement, but they would refund if I sent mine back and I had to order again through the website. This meant that the discounted price we originally paid was gone (40% off), we had to order at full price (they did offer 25% discount code after I pushed for it) if we wanted a new one for an issue of their quality, other companies would just have us send the other back and send a new one, this was not the case so I ended up paying more. I now have the new one I paid more money for and after its first wash at the exact recommendation on the garment of 30 degrees C inside out, the name on the back of the jersey has faded and colour smudged. As this was after the 45days since I ordered they have nothing to offer in terms of a replacement or full refund if I send it back. I’m just left so shocked by this quality and practice and will never pay for anything from fanatics again. Shame on the NFL and Fanatics for letting this be how they do business.
