THEY ARE A JOKE.
I am trying to place an order since a while and for some reason it gets cancelled right after my purchase. I have no idea why this happens. I tried to call the customer service and I met agents that barely speak english and they had no idea why this happens. They say it could be for safety reasons but since I am not a terrorist and I never dealt with such stupid issues I wonder what my problem is. Stay away from them.
Garbage customer service. Ordered a hat on June 22, they claim it was delivered on June 28. The problem was it could not have been delivered because their ordering system cut off the street address - not the first time I’ve had this happen (once with paypal checkout and now with Apple Pay). I spoke with a customer service manager on June 28 and spent a half hour explaining the situation. She claimed she couldn’t do anything for 72 hours but would ship a replacement on July 2 and send confirmation. On July 3 I had heard nothing so I again contacted their customer service department who claimed it was delivered. I again explained how it could NOT have been delivered because their system cut off the street address. They said they would have to wait another 72 hours. Beyond ridiculous for a problem THEIR system created. They’ve lost my business.
We purchased a hat for our son, it was too small. Upon return there were 3 things we needed to complete. Nowhere did it say we would be charged a $9.99 return fee for the item. It just said to package the hat in the original box with labels and get to the nearest UPS store. I was only given back $38.00 of the $47.99, upon further research on their site I found the $9.99 fee. Be up front about the cost to return, we would have just kept the hat and used it as a gift.
I ordered a t-shirt ($35) for my husband and followed washing instructions. The shirt shrunk excessively in torso length and is unwearable. I contacted customer support and they will not let me exchange or return due to shirt being washed. Very poor customer service and poor manufacturing quality. Next time I'll order from Amazon.
FANATICS is a ripoff. I am a senior and these guys have ripped me off with a order of hat, 2 t-shirts and a jersey. I ordered and the shipping date was less than four days. NOW, the date of arrival is a week later !
I paid more for these products thru MLB.COM expecting better service for a higher price. Now I see their charges for returns and when I call , the overseas customer service reps can offer no explanation. I will spend every breath I have telling anyone what a rip-off FANATICS is. Amazon delivered the same goods faster and at less cost. Now I know. Never never again. I hope the business goes broke. Seriously. FANATICS is a racket.
Ordine mai arrivato , ho ordinato 3 pantaloncini , disguidi con Gls ( altra azienda imbarazzante come questa ) .., li contatti per il rimborso , mai in riposto . Rispondete a questa segnalazione così magari mi rimborsate … per ora posso dire solo una truffa
Horrible experience. I won't use this company anymore. They are using Lasership as their carrier and my package was misrouted to NY and I live in CA. They couldn't find my package after 7 days of contacting them. Fanatics refused to resend me the item via a different carrier. Fanatics customer service was extremely poor. They told me to reorder and take my chances. I've been a customer for years and I will no longer be ordering and have told my family and friends as well not to order from them.
Avoid fanatics collect at all costs, you will thank me.
These guys are doing everything they can to destroy the sports card hobby.

Undelivered item, no refund and poor customer service
I ordered a PSG shirt at the start of May so that I would have it for the Champions League Final. I got informed on the final itself that Fanatics have to refund me because they are unable to have this sent. Since then, I have been chasing for a refund where the customer service is extremely unhelpful. Eventually they got back to me to claim that they tried to refund me but that it was declined (I lost my bank card between the time I bought the shirt and when the refund would be processed) and even though the replacement card is still under my name with the same address, same sort code and account number, customer service just constantly tell me to 'contact the bank'. I have contacted the bank and they then tell me to contact Fanatics as they should really still be able to process the refund. If the card is under my name and address, what is the problem?! The issue I have had is that their website from day one said they had shirts available - but they clearly didn't and still took the payment. I have spent many days fighting for this refund and keep rebuffing me every email I send and not giving me a clear direction. The shirt was to have a name print and badges included which took me a long time to save up and now I have no shirt and no refund yet. This is unacceptable and not fair on customers, especially like myself that do not earn a high wage. I would not hesitate to take legal action against Fanatics
Wrong item was delivered for my partner's birthday. Customer service said the only option was to return the item. I explained that there was not enough time to return the item and ship a new one but they insisted that that was the only option and refund would take 7 days after the item had been returned.
The warehouse my order was being sent from mislabeled their stock and we received an incorrect item three different times. The Fan Advocates I chatted with were helpful, but I ultimately abandoned buying from the site because I knew their warehouse was a mess and we'd just get the wrong thing again.
I would rate them lower if I could.
2 jerseys I have ordered now that “shipped” showed no movement for 2 weeks. I’ve called a few times now for processing refunds and they keep shifting dates without my consent as the original ship by dates was expected almost 2 weeks ago.
They have some nice things on the website, sure, but that’s IF you can even get them sent to you. It’s a shame they control the whole sports market.
