THEY ARE A JOKE.
I am trying to place an order since a while and for some reason it gets cancelled right after my purchase. I have no idea why this happens. I tried to call the customer service and I met agents that barely speak english and they had no idea why this happens. They say it could be for safety reasons but since I am not a terrorist and I never dealt with such stupid issues I wonder what my problem is. Stay away from them.
Garbage customer service. Ordered a hat on June 22, they claim it was delivered on June 28. The problem was it could not have been delivered because their ordering system cut off the street address - not the first time I’ve had this happen (once with paypal checkout and now with Apple Pay). I spoke with a customer service manager on June 28 and spent a half hour explaining the situation. She claimed she couldn’t do anything for 72 hours but would ship a replacement on July 2 and send confirmation. On July 3 I had heard nothing so I again contacted their customer service department who claimed it was delivered. I again explained how it could NOT have been delivered because their system cut off the street address. They said they would have to wait another 72 hours. Beyond ridiculous for a problem THEIR system created. They’ve lost my business.
We purchased a hat for our son, it was too small. Upon return there were 3 things we needed to complete. Nowhere did it say we would be charged a $9.99 return fee for the item. It just said to package the hat in the original box with labels and get to the nearest UPS store. I was only given back $38.00 of the $47.99, upon further research on their site I found the $9.99 fee. Be up front about the cost to return, we would have just kept the hat and used it as a gift.
I ordered a t-shirt ($35) for my husband and followed washing instructions. The shirt shrunk excessively in torso length and is unwearable. I contacted customer support and they will not let me exchange or return due to shirt being washed. Very poor customer service and poor manufacturing quality. Next time I'll order from Amazon.
Applico 1 stella perché purtroppo di meno non si puo. Esperienza a dir poco pessima, sono dei furfanti truffaldini inaffidabili e non collaborativi. Vergognosi a dir poco, incredibile come aziende di tale livello si affidi ad una piattaforma cosi ridicola e patetica come la loro che offre un servizio scadente a dir poco.
La mia ragazza ha effettuato un ordine sul sito di F1 acquistando per me una maglia, ha effettuato il rimborso come da prassi visto la taglia sbagliata e oggi dopo ancora 3 mesi non ha ricevuto il rimborso. Contattati piu e piu volte, rispondono in maniera confusionaria affermando di aver provato ad effettuare il rimborso per ben 2 volte comunicandoci anche un codice ARN che però riguarda la transazione dell’acquisto e alla banca non risulta nulla di tutto ciò pertanto non è nemmeno possibile effettuare la procedura di chargeback. Pure l’assistenza tramite chat sul sito è vergognosa, chiedi di parlare con un operatore e non ti risponde nemmeno una volta esposto il problema.
Morale della favola ->La mia ragazza si ritrova :
• -€104,90 sul conto (maglia + spese per effettuare il reso)
• Senza maglia che ha ordinato.
Meritano di fallire e denunceremo il fatto alle autorità competenti
Ordered a jersey over a month ago. Shipping date keeps getting pushed back. With no real answer on when I’ll have my order. I filed a bbb complaint. Next step is a police report for theft.
The worst company! Unreliable! Pay extra for quick shipping of 2 days and item wasn’t going to arrive for over two weeks. Unacceptable!
This same thing happened with an expensive football jersey in January of this year. I cancelled it then and bought one for half the price.
I just cancelled this order and will NEVER ORDER FROM FANATICS again!

Ordered newly released Villa sambas for my daughter, items never arrived, when finally contacted customer care was told to wait, and then wait some more, was finally told a refund would be processed as trainers were out of stock. Waited days no refund, only then the get an email saying there will be no refund. I have requested there apparent investigation with courier no sign. Most upsetting consider am a season ticket holder and have been for years. Avoid online. All this is fullfilled hy Fanatics.
In response to your reply, somebody did reach out, but to be fair sounded rude and patronising, I replied immediately and had no response, unfortunately i shall continue in this thread as unable to reply privately to your reply. This will continue unto resolved
Yet another few days pass without a response, i have never felt so under valued as a customer than now, please avoid this sham of a company.

Hat einen Inklusionsfanclub Schlüßelbänder versprochen die auch nach 4 Monaten nicht ankamen, hat uns immer wieder vertröstet, dann sollte man doch von Anfang an sagen man macht kein Sponsoring die Behinderten waren enttäucht, geht gar nicht so etwas, das ist schäbig.
