Disgraceful company!! SCAMMERS!!

Disgraceful company!!! Total and utter shambles of a company that is getting away with scamming and quite frankly robbing people. They entice you in with ‘amazing’ deals but there is nothing amazing about it, only for them as they get their pockets lined every month with £59.99!!!!! They claim it’s stated in the T&C’s but it is NOT clear at all. If they can’t get the money from the card you put in they will search your paypal history and take it from which ever card is still valid on there!!! I will be taking this to citizens advice and consumer rights as this is completely misleading and has the ‘misdescriptions act’ written all over it!! DO NOT use this company what ever you do!!!!!! SCAM….. SCAM….. SCAM…..SCAM

Scam, Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, they are scammers who take a monthly subscription from you even when you request a cancellation. More worryingly is they try every method of payment from linked to you. Avoid this company

Absolutely outrageous.

I naively ordered from Fabletics and was actually happy with my purchases. Then I get an email today that I have been charged £59.99 for the monthly membership. What membership?! This is ridiculous and I have contacted them to cancel it immediately and issue me a refund. How they are even allowed to do this, I dont know! I would recommend staying away from them! I will be reporting this if I dont get a refund.

Captive Subscriptions

After first purchase this company will take more money from you every month unless you remember to ask them not to between the 1st and the 5th of each month. There is no way of recovering that money except by buying more of their overpriced products. Many many products are out of stock in the most popular colours and sizes.

Subscription

I never realised I had signed up for a membership so I had to £54.99 taken from my account every month. I have just spoken to someone who after some pleading is going to return my money and cancel my subscription.

I really love fabletics since…

I really love fabletics since purchasing from them years ago, not only are their stuff very good quality long lasting Iv also been able to get 100s of pounds worth of free clothing as a member, I really want to thank Fabletics from the bottom of my heart for giving me free outfits worth a lot of money , I pray that this company will be blessed and continue to grow and gain more customers, Thank you

Webpage is difficult to use once u…

Webpage is difficult to use once u press to check on an item it goes back to the beginning Also when u are looking into the sale part they don’t remove the sold out items so u waste so much time clicking on items they are not longer available

Made 3 consecutive orders that kept…

Made 3 consecutive orders that kept getting cancelled …on calling the company I was told that as I had opted for next day delivery and this wasn’t available for my address they kept cancelling the order ..the rushed shipping was offered to me during my purchase …after 3 attempts at ordering I totally gave up ..customer service is terrible with this company …

Frustrating ap, great leggings

Majority of outfit bundles are unavailable to buy as one of the items is usually sold out. Ap is incredibly slow to load, which makes browsing frustrating. Couldn’t check out using the ap as wouldn’t recognise my delivery address, then had to switch to browser to complete the purchase and re enter stored payment details as it wouldn’t recognise billing address! However, I love my fabletics leggings and if you can get them on sale, they are great value, so until I find another brand I like better, I guess I’m stuck with them!
