Disgraceful company!!! Total and utter shambles of a company that is getting away with scamming and quite frankly robbing people. They entice you in with ‘amazing’ deals but there is nothing amazing about it, only for them as they get their pockets lined every month with £59.99!!!!! They claim it’s stated in the T&C’s but it is NOT clear at all. If they can’t get the money from the card you put in they will search your paypal history and take it from which ever card is still valid on there!!! I will be taking this to citizens advice and consumer rights as this is completely misleading and has the ‘misdescriptions act’ written all over it!! DO NOT use this company what ever you do!!!!!! SCAM….. SCAM….. SCAM…..SCAM

Scam, Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, they are scammers who take a monthly subscription from you even when you request a cancellation. More worryingly is they try every method of payment from linked to you. Avoid this company

Absolutely outrageous.

I naively ordered from Fabletics and was actually happy with my purchases. Then I get an email today that I have been charged £59.99 for the monthly membership. What membership?! This is ridiculous and I have contacted them to cancel it immediately and issue me a refund. How they are even allowed to do this, I dont know! I would recommend staying away from them! I will be reporting this if I dont get a refund.

The website is not very helpful

The website is not very helpful, especially when you get to purchase, keeps saying add billing address and really difficult to see where to add it - you end up having to add bank details again and tick same as billing address but is always really frustrating.

Stay clear

I have had several issues with Fabletics. Firstly the company still taking money even those I cancel the monthly vip credit. Another major issue is the company changing the rules on promotions because they like to use small print. I have never known a company so bad in the way they treat customers. Avoid at all costs.

No Next Day Delivery ordered

I ordered from the website and paid extra for next day delivery. However when my order didn’t arrive the next day I contacted Fabletics to be told the order dispatched after it’s been picked which is 24-48 hours from placing the order. Therefore next day delivery can NEVER be achieved. Despite the false advertising Fabletics have refused to refund the delivery charge.

Another Great Experience!

Honestly the quality of the pieces that I have bought have been incredible.. They also wash as new everytime.. Got so many pieces now and just ordered again.. Had an issue with my address and the customer service through chat was really good.. Cannot fault them.. Love that you can pause the membership whenever you like.. Please bring back the Lurex Glitter pieces Fabletics.. Stunning

I contacted fabletics to explain issues I keep having with adding billing address

I contacted fabletics to confirm you deliver to guernsey. Which was told they do but on both times I have tried it has not been possible delivered. So I have arranged to get stuff delivered to my sisters house when visiting but because of your online system not letting add billing address when using my credits. Have contacted online with unhelpful response being asked to retry even though had already I have ended up paying for next day delivery to gain my items which is not acceptable
