Disgraceful company!! SCAMMERS!!

Disgraceful company!!! Total and utter shambles of a company that is getting away with scamming and quite frankly robbing people. They entice you in with ‘amazing’ deals but there is nothing amazing about it, only for them as they get their pockets lined every month with £59.99!!!!! They claim it’s stated in the T&C’s but it is NOT clear at all. If they can’t get the money from the card you put in they will search your paypal history and take it from which ever card is still valid on there!!! I will be taking this to citizens advice and consumer rights as this is completely misleading and has the ‘misdescriptions act’ written all over it!! DO NOT use this company what ever you do!!!!!! SCAM….. SCAM….. SCAM…..SCAM

Scam, Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, they are scammers who take a monthly subscription from you even when you request a cancellation. More worryingly is they try every method of payment from linked to you. Avoid this company

Absolutely outrageous.

I naively ordered from Fabletics and was actually happy with my purchases. Then I get an email today that I have been charged £59.99 for the monthly membership. What membership?! This is ridiculous and I have contacted them to cancel it immediately and issue me a refund. How they are even allowed to do this, I dont know! I would recommend staying away from them! I will be reporting this if I dont get a refund.

Awful experience

Awful experience. Offers are a lie. Wasted over an hour building a basket based on offers that were the first thing advertised on the website, signed up for the membership to get the offers, and then when I got through to checkout the price increased. Turns out the offer only applies once. Nowhere did it say that you can only use it once. This is the two leggings for £19 offer. Absolute crap and a total waste of my time.

Do not become a VIP Member!

Do not become a VIP Member! You pay more than normal They try to get you to buy again rather than use your credits You cant communicate with them Its impossible to find out how to stop your payment once you are a member!!

Terrible Customer Service

I have been a Fabletics customer for a very long time. However since I moved country I keep having problems. All I wanted to do was use up my VIP credits. The Customer Service has been difficult and not helpful at all. At first they couldn’t change my address when I needed and cancelled my order. Then I had another order cancelled because apparently something wasn’t right with the shipping address. They couldn’t tell me what it was. Not great. Fabletics Germany is brilliant but Fabletics UK has awful service.
