This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Quality products at bargain prices even at full price. Have weekly offers on so great value for money. !! Fantastic customer service!! Usual delivery within 1 week, however Delivery can take slightly longer when special offers are on, but they do warn and this is due to high volume of orders so ignore the haters. Definitely recommend the following products; Artic snow foam Reign iron Wash and wax Fusion Ceramic wax Will continue to buy! Thanks!!

Ordered for the first time with EZ car care as I’ve recently bought a new car. My first experience included a big bulk order that took around two weeks to deliver, longer than I expected but not that bad considering the current COVID-19 situation. Since then I’ve bought many times from them on behalf of myself and family, and can’t complain at all. Quality of the products is sublime and the delivery time on orders smaller than the bulk packages they offer are never longer than, at most, two days. Only issue is that the bottle lids sometimes aren’t screwed on as tight as they can be and tend to leak slightly during transit, leaving some residue when you open the package. That and the earlier delivery time I explained are the only reasons I’ve knocked off one star. Other than that, a fantastic company from which I won’t hesitate to order from again!

I'm no detailer, valeter or professional just a "weekend warrior" who likes a clean car. I really rate the products, they all work reasonably well. Yes they may be better performing products out there but I use loads of different brands for different cleaning needs and I like most of the EZ range. As for people saying they beg for better reviews, well that maybe but the reviews before this "begging" started were over the top just to ruin a decent brands name. The DFS of car cleaning, always a sale on, but good quality products that work really well for me. Would be 5 stars but delivery can take too long.

Had about 4 orders over the last month only one was wrong but they sorted it straight away. Delivery hasn't been the quickest over lock down. But all in all good service and good products will continue to use
