This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Great wee company selling great products at very affordable prices. Always putting on unbeatable offers and have a product for everything. People always complaining about postage and delivery but I have never had any issues with waiting times or condition of products on arrival. Would recommend!

Don’t no how people are saying on here that they had no problems, funny how every order I made I waited up to 3weeks. EZ products are brilliant but the delivery is shocking. I will still use there stuff but they need to sort out Royal Mail or Parcelforce cause they are rubbish. Need to try other couriers for better service and keep customers happy.

Been using ez products for about 2 years. with no issues the product does what it says on the bottle. excellent service from Darren and his team. i have recommended to work colleagues who have started to using we are always looking at the offers which are brilliant value.

10/10 had a bottle broke in transit and rang got sorted and had the new bottle in a day, great products too, couldn't recommend more
